Great stay

This was a very nice, clean place in walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The manager was very helpful and answered any questions right away. It was great having two separate bathrooms. Charming apartment!

Great location for sightseeing. 10-20 minute walk to pantheon, trevi fountain, Vatican. Sara our host was very helpful with any questions we had. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and there is very little outside noise from the street.Note that there is no common area in the apartment to sit if you are there with friends but we spent most of the time outside exploring the city.

Perfect location

Its a fantastic location, close to restaurants, shopping and Piazza Novona. There is no living area for communal time together, only bedrooms and a small kitchenette. The hot water is limited and the bed's mattresses are quite thin. There is no elevator and the apartment is on the second floor, hard to access with lots of luggage or mobility limits.

Perfect Roman Holiday Apartment

Our stay at this apartment in Rome was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. They arranged airport transfers for us, provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations, and gave us excellent advice about visiting the major attractions.The apartment itself was ideally located, clean, and comfortable - we all slept wonderfully! The check-in process was smooth, and we received helpful tips to make the most of our stay.This was our first visit to Rome, and staying here made it truly special. The personal touches, like the custom map of recommendations and our hosts' willingness to help with any questions, went above and beyond what we expected.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome, and we hope to return ourselves someday! Thank you for making our Roman holiday so memorable.

Family trip

There is no place to gather. There are 2 nice sized bedrooms and a tiny kitchen with 2 bar stools. It was awkward to have no place to sit. We did not spend a lot of time in the apartment, but it was still awkward. The WiFi was very week and really didn't work. Communication regarding check in was spotty, in that I was asked to contact a greeter - I did, the greeter didn't respond. He finally responded at the point he was supposed to be there to tell me he'd be late. The location of the apartment is fantastic. Thank goodness.

Appartement très agréable extrêmement bien passé. En amont échanges efficaces avec Maria de la conciergerie. À notre arrivée la personne était présente. Les deux chambres sont éloignées par un couloir donc pratique. Appartement propre. Mini cuisine avec petite table en hauteur pour deux personnesSeule critique: le débit de l’eau de la douche très faible et le réglage chaud froid capricieux mais rien de gênant!!

In this case, the reservation was made with incorrect dates, and while we were unable to offer a refund due to our cancellation policy—clearly stated at the time of booking—we did our best to explain the options available. Since the reservation was never canceled, the dates remained blocked, preventing us from hosting other guests. Unfortunately, by the time you requested a partial refund, we could no longer offer it. We truly value all our guests and strive to provide the best experience possible while maintaining fairness for everyone. We regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations this time.
