Appartamento Talenti with parking

Located on the third floor with lift, it consists of a bright living room with balcony, furnished with a comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed and TV. The living room is connected with the dining area and the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two spacious and bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Two modern bathrooms complete the flat, one with shower and one with bath and shower, where the washing machine and dryer are located. The whole house is air-conditioned and the windows are double-glazed to ensure maximum comfort and tranquillity. The parking space is in the garden next to the building which houses the flat and is accessed by an automatic gate. Wi fi available . The flat is in a strategic position for those arriving in Florence by car from the motorway , as well as for those arriving by plane or train . The tramway , Talenti stop , is right in front of the apartment as well as the supermarket and all the main services . Ideal also for long term stays too.

The host was outstanding and great with communications. Definitely newly redone perfectly. The location was excellent straight across from the tram station. Stores, restaurants and coffee shop very close. The small corner coffee shop was excellent with friendly service. Parking, easy and secure. It was by far the best VRBO we stayed at in Italy! We will certainly return!

Great location in Florence

I can’t say enough great things about this place! One of the best accommodation we had during our vacation in Italy. Super comfortable and had everything we needed. From appliances to kitchen utensils were all great, and having 3 A/C units was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Washer and dryer came in really handy too. It’s just a few steps to Talenti Station, and from there it’s easy to get to all the main spots in Florence. There’s even a Carrefour right across the street. Cristiana was an awesome host—so helpful and friendly. This place is a real gem!

Fabulous property. Management was flawless. Communicated well. Medicine at the apartment at the appointed time and let us in and walk us through and give us a complete review of the property. The property came with parking which we took advantage of and worked well. The location couldn’t be better. Outside the city center, but with a tram stop right in front that goes down to the city center.. Coffee shop, bread store right on the corner. Grocery store across the street. Only complaint is the coffee machine. We couldn’t find pods for it. We really enjoyed it. Hope to stay there again if we come back to Florence.

Besser als die Beschreibung. Lage optimal. Straßenbahn und Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Parken direkt hinter der Unterkunft und durch Tor gesichert. Cristiana war supernett und hilfsbereit. Können wir nur mit 10 bewerten.
