The condo was clean and cozy, and the bus very convenient to get to the slopes. There was one maintenance issue that the owner responded to and took care of quickly.

Interlochen Memories

2nd stay at Jill’s condo in West Vail! Steps from the bus stop that takes us to the Cascade (#20) Chair with minimal boot walking and never a line. Downloading on that lift makes the return trek when tired all the easier. Grocery stores just on the other side of I-70. Master bed is most welcoming. Kitchen stays well stocked with prep essentials, spices, foil/wrap, oils.

Great place, great location

We stayed here with a party of 3 people. Parking included, quiet property. Jill was great with communication and warm welcome. Property is steps away from the free shuttle that brings you to and from the ski hills.

Perfect Location for Vail Skiing

The condo couldn't have been more perfectly situated -- mere steps from the Red Line bus that takes you within a few stops to the uncrowded Cascade chair lift. It is the first bus stop on the route, so you always get a seat, unlike the hordes of people who have to crowd on afterwards and get thrown here and there as the bus stops and turns.You do need to be comfortable skiing blue trails because the trail back to the lift is long and steep, but it is glorious, well-groomed and very uncrowded.The condo is well stocked with supplies and kitchen items (e.g., Vitamix, good knives, several good pots, etc.). The host was also very accommodating in letting us stay a few extra hours because we had a night flight.The apartment was very efficient and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds.If you plan to ski at Vail, we highly recommend renting this place!

The place is nice but really needs new lighting thru out the as it is very dark. One light downstairs was not working so that room was dark with the limited light coming in from the light aove the bed. If they used better lighting and lighter decorations. A little far from the villages but the bus does run down that way.

Magical, memorable place!!

This property is beautiful, every detail is so well thought out and has a lovely welcome home charm. We slept with the sliding doors open so we could listen to the relaxing sounds of the creek literally steps away down a path between the condos. The beds were so comfortable and the grassy area out back was perfect for my kids to play outdoors with their new neighbor friends. We could have walked to Lionshead from the condo, but we drove. Literally minutes from shopping, amazing restaurants and delicious ice cream shops plus bakeries, we absolutely loved every minute of our stay! The host, Jill, is beyond wonderful! Couldn't have asked for a more magical weekend in Vail.

Great Place

This is my 3rd year staying at this property and we love it. The only downside is that it wasn't cleaned at the level that it should have been but this is in direct relation to the cleaning crew and not on the owner. I would recommend staying here as the location and the property is wonderful.

Cozy New Year’s Stay

We had a great stay in Jill’s cozy place! It was in close proximity to friends that have a vacation home in Vail and close to Lionshead and Vail Village. The whole unit was very clean and it was roomy for 4 of us. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the Dr Teal products in the bathrooms ( nice extra). Jill had a welcome bag with nice goodies for us too which was very sweet. The only thing was we were looking forward to the covered parking but there is a car kept under the covered parking spot so we had to park behind it during our stay exposed to weather. However, since it didn’t snow too much while we were there it worked out . We would definitely stay here again and are very grateful for Jill opening her lovely place to us.

Nice locals retreat

Nice place! Perfect for a couple who want to ski and maybe have a night out. Location to the bus stop really makes this place perfect.

Cozy & convenient West Vail Hangout

Our family skied 3 resorts over 4 days. This unit at Interlochen Condominiums is steps from the town shuttle stop. We'd leave the condo and be ON the Cascade Village Chair (ZERO line even during Spring Break) in ~20 minutes also very close to both of the big Vail grocery stores so it wasn't a hassle to shop fresh daily, At the end of the day, download on Cascade Village Lift, walk up some steps to the bus stop - no hiking trips wearing ski boots!

Peaceful with all the details!

We stayed for a few days and very much enjoyed the place. I was just so, so impressed by how every detail was taken into account. It is literally steps from the bus route too! I highly recommend.

Fine spot for a small group

Overall, really liked the property. Large kitchen, lots of lighting, clean, super convenient to the town bus line. Beds were very comfortable, nice linens, good washer and dryer. All the things you'd need for a daddy-daughter ski weekend. Was a little light on amenities and a few more instructions for the area would have been helpful...luckily i bumped into neighbors.

Quiet getaway

Well maintained & updated unit in an older complex. Though next to highway, the bedrooms being on the lower level actually cuts a lot of the potential road noise. Shuttle literally steps away from door. Good for 2-4, 5 might get a little crowded.

Amazing Condo

Host Jill was amazing!!! The property had everything you could imagine. It is just footsteps to the Bus. Very clean and eco friendly. The only downside is the next door neighbor will complain at the slightest of noise. The property is so cozy and has ALL amenities including soap to use and detergent, Jill leaves no stones unturned. You MUST rent this condo if staying in Vail!!!!

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay. Contact with host was great. Location was awesome. The roundabouts are a little tricky got it after a few tries. Home was easy to access and accommodations were cozy.

Quaint condo in quiet area with bus access to shopping/ dining.

Easy to book and the owner was in touch immediately to confirm. She was available to us throughout our stay, and really just confirmed we were able to get in and out with ease (we were). Suggestions were offered regarding area activities. The condo is fully stocked and a great option for a small family/ group that wants to make meals in. The bus stop is on the corner (quite close) and there is easy access to Vail Village, Lionshead, and everything else. Vail has an awesome public transportation system.

I started skiing in 2009, in Vermont....at the end of the 2011 ski season I came to Vail, and have not looked back. I currently live in Milwaukee, WI, and with my business and Grandchildren there, still want to remain close....though Vail feels more like home and wanting a place to call my own, I ventured into looking at possibilities to make a dream come true...and found Interlochen. It is peaceful, my neighbors are locals and incredibly helpful and kind. I could not be happier, and hope that you find the same joy I have in my little getaway.
I am in the Wellness and Health field, and love the energy that Vail and the people offer. I fell in love with skiing, and now that I have had a few summers also spent here, I know I found my Nirvana.

I fell in love with this space, after looking for a few years for a couple of reasons....good bones. I look forward to accenting some of the uniqueness of it, you will see how I have started by removing paint from the beautiful wood beam walls....my winter project. I love that the back porches open up to a great back yard for my and my grandkids to enjoy....the beautiful trees, the sound of the river, and my morning tea on the deck looking up at the mountain....bliss
