Located in the Gruž area of Dubrovnik, 2.9 km from Lapad Bay, Apartment Marisol offers pet-friendly accommodation in Dubrovnik. The property boasts lovely views of the Adriatic sea from the bright furnished balcony and is 3 km from the Old Town.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby, reservation is needed.

Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.

This one bedroom apartment with furnished balcony and sea view comes with a dining area and a kitchen complete with oven, stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, kitchenware and toaster. Spacious living room is featured with sofa and TV with satellite channels, while private bathroom comes with a bath or shower. Apartment also features air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Ironing facilities as well as washing machine are at guests' disposal.

This one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 persons.

Apartment Marisol is situated in a quiet neighborhood near Dubrovnik's Main Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands. Apartment's location is perfect for getting to know undiscovered areas of Dubrovnik and visiting Dubrovnik's breathtaking archipelago.
Grocery store, green market, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and ATMs can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. It is approximately 3 km from Lapad Bay with its beautiful beaches.
The nearest bus station is 300 meters from the apartment, with buses passing frequently and less that 15 minute ride to the Old Town, or 40 minute walk.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 650 m from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
