House Apartments Ariva is located in Montovjerna area, a quite popular part of town because it is situated only 10 minutes ride from the beautiful Lapad Bay as well as 10 minutes away from the historic Old Town. If you prefer having everything you need for a perfect vacation in a neighborhood, this location is the perfect choice for you.
House Apartments Ariva offer accommodation in air-conditioned studios with a private balcony. Wi-fi is free and it is available throughout the property.
Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure.

This studio apartment with furnished balcony can accommodate two people. It features cable TV as well as air-conditioning. Kitchenette is well equipped with refrigerator, water kettle, freezer, stove, kitchen utensils and toaster. The private bathroom comes with a shower and toilet. Hair dryer, towels as well as bed linens are at your disposal.

Banje Beach provide a marvelous view of Dubrovnik and can be reached in 2 km.

The Main Bus Station and Dubrovnik Harbor can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Dubrovnik Airport is at a distance of 21 km
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
