Beautiful and cosy apartment in a lordly building in an elegant street between Quirinale and Viminale famous hills (two of Rome's seven hills - the Quirinale is the Italian Republic President residence).
Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Imperial Fora, Piazza Venezia and Opera Theater are all within a 15 mins walking radius.
The Colosseum or the Pantheon are just 20 mins walk away.
Easy to reach all other Rome historic sightseeing spots because Repubblica metro stop is just 6 mins walk away.
The apartment has a double bedroom (bed size 170 x 200 cms) with ensuite bathroom with shower, a living room with open kitchen and single sofa bed (bed size 120 x 195 cms - it will be prepared only in case of 3 guests booking), another bathroom with shower and a tiny balcony overlooking an internal cloister.
It is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay: free wi-fi, autonomous air conditioning (in the double bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, microwave oven, Nespresso, kettle, and washing machine.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 110 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs € 30 to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
