The living area is open plan with a large modern kitchen, dining area with large windows perfect for enjoying a meal overlooking the countryside and living area with comfy sofas and seating also with the most amazing views from every angle. The shower room hosts a double walk-in shower. There are two bedrooms in the property, a double and twin with luxurious bedding and towels.
To the front of the property there are steps and ramp to the deck area with glass railings and a covered area to the side of the property towards the front door. Outside at the rear there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining and a beautiful sofa, table and chairs for relaxing. There is a shed for the use of guests for storing bicycles, golf clubs or water boards during your stay. There is also a complimentary welcome pack with basics and tasty treats.
The property is located on the outskirts of the village of Culbokie 20 minutes’ drive north from the city of Inverness; it has a well-stocked local shop and a pub. The property is the perfect location to base yourself and explore the Highlands and Caithness, with Dingwall, Cromarty, Dornoch and Tain a short drive away.
The city of Inverness is just 20 minutes over the Kessock Bridge and offers golf, fishing, historic buildings, theatre, cinema, aquadome, trampoline park, a vast selection of restaurants, cafés and bars. Why not take a drive along Loch Ness and see if you can spot the Loch Ness Monster?
