Villa Teti is a bright three-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Teti you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Villa Teti is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features direct access to the sea, private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4.2 km (2.6 miles) from the center of Vietri sul Mare, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.7 km (roughly 1.05 mile), a grocery store at 2.3 km (roughly 1.4 miles), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Salerno line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Scoglione beach) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 miles). You will reach Villa Teti from the parking area going down a route that includes approximately 75 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Teti. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it from the first terrace going down approximately 60 stairway steps. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. The access to the sea is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The facilities are available all year round.
Bottom LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with two small sofas and two armchairs, as well as with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of the coast of Amalfi and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with lucid white and blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are bright and cheerful, and include two sofas and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through four French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table is a small wall mounted table, and can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first terrace. The room has a window, as well as three small high windows.
Half bath
The half-bath is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room and from the kitchen through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. First LevelBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a long terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, an open shower and a hairdryer. Please note that the shower is located in the bedroom.

The second terrace is 140 square meters (1500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room 2
The second living room is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The furnishings are comfortable, and include a sofa. From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 2
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the second living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, an open shower and a hairdryer (please note you will be able to get to the wc and to the shower climbing four steps). You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.
