Excellent location

Beautiful pool, courtyard and easy walk to the beach. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping too.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The property was lovely, pool was wonderful, and walking to the beach was a breeze. Plus walking Saracen to some great restaurants.

Very nice property, with all the ammenities that we needed including a fully equipped kitchen. Was a treat to come back to after a long day on the beach.

This condo is perfect from the location to the amenities. Super quiet with comfy beds. It’s near everything that you can bike or drive. It was a super busy weekend, but had some plenty of parking and pool space. Can’t wait to book again.

Awesome stay

We stay at Beach Club every year. This was our first at #225 and loved it. 4/5 only becuase we only had 2.5 rolls of TP. Two adults ran out the last morning on a 5 day stay. That was truly the only downside. My wife said it was the prettiest condo we have stayed at in the last 6 years.

Mixed bag - loved the setting, property needs attention

To be fair the managers of the property were promptly responsive to our concerns as they arose and also helped to provide financial recompense. There were issues with appliances being too old to work as expected, failing light fixtures, black mold infesting toilets and showers, rotting patio furniture, and uncomfortable couch and recliners.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay - everything was great. The condo is a bit dated. The second bedroom doesn't have a ceiling fan and neither bedroom or the living room had overhead lights. Some of the outlets in the living room didn't work too well either. They had an older TV with a DVD player which is not very helpful in a world where everything people watch is from streaming apps. I would suggest the owner updating the TV to one that has Roku and/or streaming apps to help families with kids and teenagers.

Beach condo

Space and condo fine. The condo grounds were very lovely but i have allergies and the line if flowering bushes was too intense to be able to sit on balcony. Maybe condo can reduce some of those bushes for less aromatic ones. But other than that, we had a nice stay.

The check-in process was very efficient, you stop at the rental office to pick-up your keys (which are just codes), and then it’s a 5-minute drive to the resort. Parking for cars is under the buildings with parking for trucks and SUV’s in-front around a circular drive. There are luggage carriers to bring your suitcase to your room near the elevators. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and looked out on the center of the complex. There are 2 hot-tubs (one was not working), a main pool and a pool for small children. There is not a lot of shade at the pool area if you want to get out of the sun for a bit. The overall facility is clean and in good shape. Our villa was pretty outdated and it looked like everything was original, but it was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, but remember to bring beach towels, shampoo/body wash, and wash cloths since the smallest towel is a hand drying towel. The kitchen was well appointed and had an ice maker in the freezer. The master bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. There were a lot of families with children so the pool area was pretty busy, but at night things quieted down. The location is good and you can walk out the beach (maybe a 3-4 minute walk). If you have bikes there are sidewalks to get into town. For the price paid it was a good value.

The check in process is not great. They could do everything electronically and forgo having to stop at the rental office. They give you a tiny key with all the codes and the actual property code is listed like it’s the code to the pool. Very confusing. So, we stood outside waiting for someone who eventually took 20 minutes to text us the code to get into the condo. That’s where this whole thing could have been avoided if they just emailed all the codes to begin with. Anyway, that aside, the property is nice enough. I rented it because of the heated pool, which it was not heated. Super disappointed in this. Of course one of the hot tubs was broken, so the other one was busy the whole time. Also, really wanted to use the soaking tub. Well, I couldn’t figure out how to hold water in it. I don’t of it was me or if it was broke, but I tried everything and it wouldn’t hold water. The screen door wouldn’t close all the way. The living room tv remote probably needs new batteries, or it just doesn’t work. I think I saw another post about that, but we weren’t going to call over that for a short stay. Overall, for the price I wouldn’t go back. The hallways had a terrible mildew smell, parking is obscure and I think we saw other condos that we would check out.
