Be delighted by the sheer size and beauty of this fully remodeled victorian. It is conveniently located just 7 minutes from Downtown St. Louis and walking distance to local shopping and dining establishments.
This expansive home encompasses 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with 13' ceilings and an open floor plan with lots of room to spread out.
The striking beauty of this home w/ 2 decks, bar, main floor laundry as well as a pet-friendly fenced yard make it one Gem of a find!
The space
Large open concept Home, fully rehabbed and ready for your trip to Stl!

FIRST FLOOR; Large Living room, foyer, dining room, Bedroom 1(queen bed,) Bathroom 1 (with shower)
kitchen, bar area, laundry/mud room, as well as access to kitchen deck and back yard with fire pit and gated off-street parking for our guests.

SECOND FLOOR #2 Full bathroom with tub.
# 2 bedroom (queen) attached sunroom with 1 (full) bed
#3 Master bedroom (King) with private bathroom and balcony access.
there is also a sleeping area outside of master bedroom with a queen bed and full size, pull-out trundle.

YARD;
Large fenced gravel and grass area with parking for 4 vehicles. Gated entry.
NO lock provided for gate (bring your own if you desire)

New secondary supplemental furnace installed in January 2023.. Electric fireplace installed January 2023.

Beautiful historic home that has been wonderfully refurbished. Plenty of room for our family to stay to celebrate our daughter's graduation.

Spacious and good location

Love staying here for 4 nights with three families, each of us with a preschooler. The house was nice and big so we could spread out and conveniently located a short drive to the attractions we were visiting. Definitely recommend

This house is beautiful and it has plenty of space for everyone. We had a girls weekend with my sister and our daughters. The cookies that awaited us were so good and a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable and we slept like babies. We loved the way the house is decorated. I wish we could stay longer. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

AMAZING!

The pictures do not do this home justice!! I adore older homes that have been updated but still retain some of their "old-world" character, and this one did not disappoint! There is SO much space. The beds were comfortable, nicely decorated, ample amenities! We had a very nice weekend.

Gorgeous House!

Perfect home for our family of 7 although the stairs were a bit much for my husband who has chronic back pain but other than that this house was so charming and spacious.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful. I loved the history and the story of the renovation. It was clean and had plenty of space for the 6 of us that stayed. 3 adults, 3 children and our dog. The host was so kind and attentive. She left us butter cookies, frozen pizza and dog treats. The home had everything you would need to stay. Definitely recommend and we will be returning to this property if we are in the area again.

Beautiful Home

The house was amazing as well as the butter cookies that Cherice left for us to enjoy! Cherice was a great host and was very accommodating and quick to respond to any messages that I sent. I would recommend the charming home when visiting St. Louis.

Home Away From Home

This house was beautiful! It was in a great location with easy access to the shops and the highway. Anything you might need on vacation was available. The owner answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Great memories made with my brother, his wife, my husband, and our 3 kids (9, 7, and an infant).

Delightfully Restored

Large kitchen and dining areas. Comfortable beds. Only three bedrooms. The fourth bed/trundle is in an open area on the second floor. This home feels like an early 1900s home with upgraded amenities; kitchen, bathrooms, WiFi. Convenient parking in the the back of the home for three cars.

Perfect for large group in the city

This property had ample space for our large group. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Being in the city we weren’t sure how the neighborhood would be but we felt safe. Sat on the porch for coffee in the mornings and neighbors were nice. No issues. One thing I would point out is that the upstairs bedrooms were not completely closed off/private from each other. Was not a problem for us but might be for some. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!
