With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, lovely gardens with lawn and private pool, unobstructed views, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, and all the most modern amenities, Villa Evgenia is set to impress even the most demanding guests. And what about the location? Just: WOW! Almyrida is a true little heaven on Crete, with crystal clear water, sandy beach, excellent gastronomy, and close proximity to the most famous places of interest (including Chania town – and airport). Inside, the accommodation (set over 2 floors) is modern and airy, in typical Mediterranean style, to offer plenty of relaxation together with the most contemporary comforts. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge (flat screen smart tv, wi-fi internet connection, sofa), with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc) and dining area, as well as an air-conditioned twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. An outdoor dining area is also available to enjoy the breathtaking views (barbecue is provided). Stairs lead up to the first floor where 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (both with double beds), a bathroom with bathtub and a large panoramic terrace are located. The views are really amazing, and stretch all over the coast of Crete: a spectacular sight both at day and at night.Outside, Villa Evgenia offers to its guests a sparkling, newly added, private swimming pool. Perfect for a refreshing dip while enjoy the beautiful views, the pool measures 7.5m x 3.6m with a depth of 1.3m (pool towels are provided). The manicured lawn, with 6 comfortable sunbeds and parasols, is perfect for relaxing hours under the warm Cretan sun, all summer long. Relax reading a book, admire the blue sea, enjoy a glass of wine looking at the world passing by: this will be a holiday to remember! Parking (free of charge) is available on the premises, yet with so many facilities just a few steps away, a car is not essential (a taxi rank is also available within the resort).NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, pool towels, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit of damages (euros 300 in total) is required at check-in and returned at check-out.
