This wonderful and cozy apartment will make you feel at home.

The tastefully decorated apartment is spacious and bright due to its large windows with direct access to the balcony.
The spacious living / dining room has a comfortable sofa bed and a table for 8 people.
The American kitchen, fully equipped and decorated with traditional tile, offers all the necessary utensils to cook freshly bought products from the Boqueria market (800 meters away).
The apartment has two double rooms, one of them is a suite, an additional bathroom and a single room.
It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer and Wi-Fi.
In addition, the Urquinaona metro station (L1, L4), located a few steps away, has a direct line to the beach (15 minutes).

Not so good experience

The shower was extremely dirty and green and corroded, and had a broken down drain. The pillows were very flat/skimpy. We would not stay there again.

Was on a family trip. The place is very nice and very well situated. You're walking distance from a lot of attractions. Flor, the person who helped with check-in was phenomenal. I locked my keys inside and I was instructed how to go to the office to get replacements.This place would have gotten 5 stars if not for lack of response regarding the shower being clogged. I noticed the clog on my 1st night and reached out right away. Many email exchanges were sent including a picture of the water just sitting in the shower not going down (yes, I was asked to send a pic of the pool of water). 3 days later is when I was finally asked to cordinate a day/time for someone to come unclog the shower. At that point, I only had one last night in the appt so, I told them it wasn't worth it.I would recommend this place because honestly, it's a very nice spot but, proceed with caution because in my case, my issue never got resolved nor was I give the sense that it was veing worked on. I'm the one who had to keep reaching out.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Bäder modern undgeräumig. Ein Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Die Küchenausstattung könnte umfangreicher sein (Mülleimer fehlt, sehr wenig Geschirr und Gläser). Die Lage ist top: Direkt um die Ecke von Placa Catalunya, Altstadt fussläufig, Cafe nebenan. Beim Einchecken wurden von uns 30 ( zwingend in bar!) verlangt als Check-In-Gebühr wegen des katalonischen Feiertags! Das wurde vorher nirgendwo erwähnt, und eine Quittung haben wir trotz Nachfrage auch nicht erhalten.

Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Mängeln und schlechter Kommunikation

Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage. Um die Ecke ist der Placa de Catalunya. Von dort sehr gute Anbindung mit Bus und Metro in alle Richtungen und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit Aufzug oder über 90zig Stufen zu erreichen und liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, Schlafräume nach hinten raus. Dort recht laute Lüftungsanlage eines großen Kaufhauses. Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos. Folgende Mängel: Nur eine WC-Bürste für zwei Bäder, keine Mülleimer in den Bädern, nur ein Weinglas vorhanden, mehrere Lampen funktionieren nicht (darunter Nachtischlampen), die WC-Spülung in einem der WC funktioniert nur bedingt. Das Wasser in den Duschen läuft sehr schlecht ab. Der Abluftschacht im vorderen Duschbereich ist sehr schmutzig und auch die Brauseköpfe bedürfen einer Erneuerung. Das Check-In und die vorab-Kommunikation waren nicht sehr transparent. Wir haben bereits ein halbes Jahr vorab gebucht, die Zahlungsaufforderung habe ich auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen erst zwei Wochen vor Abflug mittels eines Zahlungslink (Kreditkarte erforderlich) erhalten. Der Rechnungsbetrag war um fast 100 höher als in der Buchung angegeben. Vermutlich Kurtaxe, jedoch keine Antwort auf Nachfrage sowie eine Rechnung erhalten. Der Schlüsselkasten für den Self-Check-In ist 2 km von der Wohnung entfernt (mit Code) sonst zusätzliche Gebühren für Guide vor Ort. Der Code sollte einen Tag vor Anreise kommen, auch hier nur auf Nachfrage.

Lage super, Unterhaltungszustand und Sauberkeit mäßig

Schöne Wohnung in guter zentraler Lage.Leider abgewohnt, Unterhaltungszustand war nicht gut und die Sauberkeit der Immobilie entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen.Kommunikation mit der Agentur war unzuverlässig. Wir erhielten immer wieder widersprüchliche Informationen zu Zahlungsmöglichkeiten und Check-In.
