New apartment in excellent location and excellent communication. Bright apartment for 4 people in front of the old arenas of Plaza España.
With air conditioning and central heating. All exterior and bright. Overlooking the monumental Las Arenas Shopping Center and next to Plaza España. Access to any form of transport possible (Metro, Bus and Bicing).
It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room with comfortable sofa and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The metro station Plaza Espanya is a few minutes walking (L1, L3).

Apartment is nice. location and comfort ok. only issue was access to maintenance. No hot water to shower for almost two days before someone came to fix. window shutter not fixed during our whole stay. Support number answered calls but then nobody to execute (apartments are handled not by host but by a company).

We regret the inconvenience caused by the delay in restoring hot water and the window shutter not being repaired during your stay. As the property is managed through a maintenance team rather than directly on-site, execution can occasionally take longer than desired, especially during high-demand periods. That said, we appreciate your patience and your balanced feedback, which helps us continue improving coordination.

Appartement ok, très minimaliste, même pas une machine à café ou un pot de sel. C'est vraiment le strict minimum, y compris un sèche-cheveux qui ressemble à un jouet pour enfant. Procédure d'arrivée complexe avec des messages par email, whatsapp, via plusieurs plateformes, parfois mal traduits... Ce n'était pas la meilleure des expériences.

Bien recibido. El apartamento está bien ubicado pero ruidoso por el tráfico de la calle. Muy bien equipado. Las persianas de los dormitorios no funcionan.
