Casa Spritz is a bright and colorful apartment located in an elegant residential building, just steps from one of the entrances to the historic center of Florence, Piazza Cesare Beccaria. From the terrace of the apartment you can admire the typical terracotta roofs of Florence and the architecture of one of the most central districts outside the historic center. Casa Spritz is characterized by its strategic position, far from the chaos of the historic center of Florence but still extremely close to the various tourist attractions of the city. In addition, the apartment is located very close to Via Vincenzo Gioberti, also known as "Via delle cento botteghe" for the amount of shops, restaurants, bars and old craft shops that you can find there. Casa Spritz is characterized by a very modern design, with colors that recall those of the famous cocktail.

The apartment will welcome you with a dining room equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room/ bedroom with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a modern bathroom and a pleasant terrace where you can relax and enjoy a Spritz after visiting Florence.
