I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment regarding our stay at your apartment from July 9 through July 12.
Unfortunately, the property fell far below the standard that was advertised and was not at all representative of the listing we relied upon when making our reservation. We specifically booked this apartment believing it would provide a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly environment. Instead, we were met with conditions that were unacceptable, unsanitary, and extremely misleading.
The cleanliness of the apartment was one of our greatest concerns. One of the bathrooms had a shower covered with mold, making it unpleasant and unhygienic to use. One of the beds had dirty sheets with visible hair and stains, which immediately raised concerns about whether the bedding had been properly cleaned before our arrival. In addition, the rug in Bedroom 4 was filthy and appeared to have gone without proper cleaning for quite some time.
The overall condition of the apartment was equally disappointing. Bedroom 2 contained a broken bed frame with exposed glass, creating a serious safety hazard, particularly for families traveling with children. Throughout the apartment, the doors and walls were dirty, and the paint was peeling in multiple areas, giving the property a neglected and poorly maintained appearance.
