Ribas Machico, a Home in Madeira

Ribas Machico is a renovated, air-conditioned apartment on the third floor of a building located in the center of Machico.

The accommodation is 42 m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a private bathroom with shower, and a living room with kitchen and dining area. The balcony has a small table and two chairs with views of the sea and the slope of the Machico valley.

It is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic stove, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and television with international channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



LOCATION

The apartment is in Machico city centre, just 150 m from the sea and 400 m from the sandy beach.

Within walking distance, there are shops, supermarkets, the main bus station and some attractions.

The airport is 4 km away and just a few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and forest trails for nature lovers and walkers.

Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, beach, surfing, fishing and other activities.

Although a car is not necessary, there is a public car park 150 m away and parking meters on nearby streets. Free parking is possible overnight and at weekends on nearby streets.

The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the city centre, bus stops and good access to the main roads for discovering the island.



REMARKS

Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.

Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up leftover food and keep food well packaged.

People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when travelling around the island.

Although the place is not very busy, there may be noise caused by neighbouring properties and public festivals in the city centre.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
