Ideally located only 800 meters from the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, this villa is perfect for those seeking both relaxation and adventure by the beach.

The spacious villa features five bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. There are six bathrooms (five with showers and one with a bathtub) and a separate toilet.

Guests can relax in the villa’s private pool, outdoor hot tub, or sauna. The outdoor area features a barbecue, dining table, and 12 sunbeds around the pool, perfect for enjoying the sun and dining outdoors.

With nearby attractions like the Roman amphitheater in Pula, scenic Medulin beaches, and the historic town of Rovinj, Villa Olivia provides the perfect base for exploring the stunning Istrian coast.

Sehr schöner aufenthalt. Kann nichts bemägeln. Waren mit familie geschwister und kinder da. Bett wurde nach anfrage gestellt. Alles super sauber. Vermieter war sehr nett und war zur stelle da.
