Overall a great place
My husband, myself and our 3 (two teenagers and a 11 year old) kids stayed here for 3 days. This place was clean and in a great location (just down the street from the promenade des anglais). For a small space it was well equipped, although we didn’t cook any meals there so I can’t say if it has everything you’d need to make a meal, but it has ample cutlery and dishes. The check-in process was easy. It was quite hot in Nice when we stayed there and I was worried about whether or not the AC unit would cool the bedrooms down and fortunately it did. The only downfalls are that it’s quite small, it was hard to tell from the pictures online how small it was and the bedrooms have no windows. I also couldn’t find any information about what time checkout was so I assumed 11:00am but as we were packing up, we had the cleaners knock on the door at 10:00. I should have asked about check out time just to confirm but it wasn’t a big deal, the cleaner patiently waited for us to finish packing up. Overall, it was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our time here.
