Nestled in the serene area of Gaios, Paxos, Villa Kyklamino offers a tranquil getaway just a short stroll from Kamini Beach and a brief drive from local tavernas, with a cozy pool and sunny terraces
This charming single-level residence spans 120 square meters, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Surrounded by 1,500 square meters of lush gardens, the villa boasts breathtaking sea, sunrise, and countryside views.
The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms: one double and two twin bedrooms, perfect for families or groups sharing in between two family showers/wc. The open-plan airy living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a dining space.
Outdoors, guests can relax by the 9.5m x 4m private swimming pool with built-in steps, a children's plunge pool, and a sunny terrace with comfortable furniture. A built-in barbecue and ample garden space make it ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The pool area is accessed from the main house via a stone staircase.
With a peaceful location, easy access to nearby beaches, and attentive owner support, Villa Kyklamino is the perfect retreat for a memorable island escape.

Perfect Holiday Spot

Kyklamino was absolutely perfect for our holiday in Paxos. The villa had everything we needed, and the pool was just incredible. Beautiful very well maintained villa in a stunning location. Friendly villa owner. The villa has an amazing garden, lots of flowers, plants and fruit trees. Walkable into town even if slightly up hill on the way back, we didn't rent a car and could have had our first big shop delivered by the supermarket. Local town had plenty of shops and tavernas. Good snorkeling beach very close by. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay

What a fantastic place! The villa is beautiful, homely and has everything you could need for a holiday with appliances, and various other practical things like bowls, pans, etc. The swimming pool and outdoor area is beautifully maintained, with flowers and plenty of seating area and a view of the ocean - perfect for sitting out in the evening or for lunch. The host is so lovely, friendly and helpful - giving us advice of where to visit when we asked and ensuring that throughout our stay that everything was fine. We will definitely stay again, a magical holiday! Thank you!

A nice Villa in a good position with loverly sea views, walking down to Gaios from the Villa is scenic and takes around 20 min.The villa was spotless and has a large balcony, there has also been some recent updates to the inside of the property which made the stay even more enjoyable.The family who own the property are really nice and helpful and it made our stay feel like it was home from home.Thank you.Keith UK
