- **Bedroom 2:** A second king-size bedroom with similar furnishings and a relaxing ambiance.

- **Bedroom 3:** A cozy single bedroom with fitted wardrobes, perfect for a child or single guest.

- **Family Bathroom:** This separate bathroom includes a shower over bath, WC, bidet, and a single wash basin with a mirrored vanity unit.

**Private Pool & Terrace:**

The villa’s stunning kidney-shaped pool (8m x 4m), featuring a waterfall and Roman step entry, is electrically heated from November to April. Four comfortable sunbeds provide the perfect setting to soak up the Lanzarote sunshine.



**Outdoor Dining & Relaxation:**

An alfresco dining area for four is perfectly positioned near the Canarian BBQ, allowing you to enjoy meals under the stars while staying connected with your group. A shaded chill-out seating area offers a tranquil space to unwind in the evenings.

- **Gated Community:** The villa is located in a secure, gated community with ample off-road parking.

- **Accessibility:** All rooms are conveniently located on one level.

- **Cleaning Service:** The villa is fully prepared for your arrival, with a departure clean included. For stays of 10-13 nights, mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are provided. Pool and beach towels are included.

- **Child-Friendly:** The first child under 2 stays free. Cots and high chairs are available upon request for EUR20 per week, per item.
