We had an amazing VRBO experience at this property. The location was perfect, and the apartment was as described and super clean. Having never been to Spain, our host, Antonio, was super helpful and great to work with. We were very comfortable during our stay at this apartment. 10/10! Very Gracious Host

Antonio and his partner were very excellent hosts! We had originally booked this apartment, but due to a conflict, Antonio was able to re-accommodate us without disruption at their Penthouse rental in Madrid. Me, and my two other HomeAway colleagues definitely would recommend renting from Antonio. They were very helpful at giving options to dine and shop in the neighborhood, and also were extremely easy to communicate with as the three of us were not native Spanish speakers.

Great apartment

The apartment is very large, clean and comfortable, and the location is very good - a quiet neighborhood but very close to a supermarket, and ~8 minutes walk from several metro stations; there are also several good restaurants within walking distance. There are air conditioners in every room. Communications with Antonio and Javier were always quick and pleasant. Definitely recommended !

Outstanding property

Antonio and Javier helped make our stay in Madrid very enjoyable. The apartment is in excellent condition, very well equipped and had everything we needed. Out of the 8 different properties we used on our Spain vacation, this one would be rated as our favorite.

Great apartment!

Great apartment. Close to the Metro, bus and grocery store. Very clean and well-equiped. We did miss having a tumble dryer, but the owners provided a drying rack. The master bedroom is pretty noisy because there is a neighbor who keeps his TV loud until at least 12:00 pm, but other than that the apartment was great for us.

Great Choice

Very happy with our choice to stay at this property. The apartment is clean and appears just as it does in the photos. Our hosts met us at the apartment and were available if needed, we didn’t need to contact them. Conveniently located close to Avenida de Americas metro stop, easy to get a taxi and able to walk to cloe neighborhoods, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend the hosts to add a luggage rack to place suitcases but otherwise this apartment had everything we needed. Clean linens and towels, soap, iron, hairdryer, kitchen appliances, coffee maker etc.

Bell'appartamento dotato di ogni comfort

L'appartamento è piccolino, ma dotato di ogni comfort, arredato con gusto e con mobili nuovi. Si trova in una posizione fantastica con due fermate della metropolitana a pochi metri di distanza. I proprietari, Antonio e Javier, sono disponibilissimi e ci hanno accolto e assistito in maniera superlativa. Consigliatissimo!!

The title word Care is appropriate to describe our stay in El Viso Smart apt. Antonio and Javier cared that we had a great stay in Madrid. It was Cool and comfortable anytime day and night. It was easily accessible..restaurants and Carrefour, churches and shopping. All in all, it made for a relaxing experience after our touring, shopping and dining. Apartamento muy tranquilo y bien comunicado

Hola estuvimos dos días en el apartamento del Viso y la verdad que está muy bien comunicado, el aeropuerto está a 15 minutos en coche. El apartamento es muy tranquilo y silencioso que en Madrid ya es una ventaja para dormir bien. Durante mi estancia tuve un coche de alquiler y recomiendo organizar el aparcamiento con el apartamento ya que es muy caro y difícil de conseguir en la zona del Viso.

100% advisable

It´s a beautiful, modern apartment close to Avenida de América, where many metro lines cross Madrid to everywhere … markets and good restaurants like La Vaca Argentina are very close … Owners are polite and helpful, and keep the apartment at the best possible shape. The place is quiet and all utilities (hot water, wifi, cable TV, etc.) work properly … It was a perfect choice for us!

Excellent

The property is just as described: in a very good location with easy access to public transpation, well equipped kitchen , nice clean and quiet building. The unit was very clean, appliances in perfect condition and it had everything to make our stay very comfortable. Antonio responds almost immediatelly to any question or comcern and it is very easy to communicate with him. Javier is very welcoming and assisted with transportation arrangements and went far and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

High recommended apartment

This apartment has everything we wished for ! It was like being home in Madrid. The children also had a good time, the wifi on the tv is realy nice. It was clean and the admosfer was cosy. For Xavier and Antonio a big hug !

Modern new apartment in great location

The apartment was great, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, just a problem with the heating during the night that wasn't enough for the cold winter days of February, still I recommend it. Very good location, close to supermarkets, metro, restaurants, bars, etc..

Very Clean and Comfortable in Madrid

Antonio and Javier did everything possible to make us feel at home. The apartment is nice and spacious, and is located in Salamanca - a very safe and very nice residential area - apparently a lot of the embassies are located in Salamanca. The kitchen is fully equipped and we enjoyed cooking and eating breakfast in the apartment before heading out every day. The Avda de America metro is within short walking distance, with four different lines going through that station so it's easy to go to all the nearby sights. There is a Carrefour supermarket as well as an organic grocery store within easy walking distance. We went to several restaurants in the vicinity including a very nice Indian restaurant called Swagat. We had an amazing dinner at a Mediterranean restaurant called St James at half price - because Antonio told us about TheFork.com and all the wonderful offers available through that website. Everywhere we went, the Madrilenos were very kind and helpful, and even if they didn't speak English, we communicated with a lot of hand signals and judicious use of a Spanish-English dictionary! By the way, Antonio and Javier both speak fluent English - our check-in and check-out was handled by Javier who is also responsible for the inspection and the cleanliness of the apartment; Antonio was our go-to person for arranging the rental, the transport, the cell phone sim card and for all the information we needed to navigate around in Madrid during our stay. The damage deposit was returned by Antonio in a timely manner. Altogether a great first visit to Madrid - thanks to Antonio and Javier!! We highly recommend this apartment!!

El piso es bonito y acogedor, a 5 min escasos del metro. En 15 min. Estas en el centro. El piso cuenta con enseres de todo tipo para que la estancia sea agradable y cómoda. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. Y cuartos de baño y cocina nuevos y equipados. La atención por parte de los propietarios inmejorable. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

perfect home

Very nice ,confortable and well cared home, full of all accessories included shower oil and shampoo; washing machine and dishes machine tablets. Towel in the kitchen, dishes soap and bags for rubbish. Close to metro station 10 minutes walking. Distance to the airport 15 minutes by metro, a very nice and quiet area. As helpful as they come!

Antonio and Javier were very helpful with our one day stay in Madrid. Communication prior to our stay was impecable. They helped set up taxis from the airport and to the train station. Both fares were flat fees which was awesome! The place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend these guys and their properties.

Extremely comfortable and very well located reside

Very comfortable and spacious residence, provided with very good structure. It has very fast Wifi, TV with good selection of channels and very new furniture. The apartment is well prepared to host couples, couples with children (my case), it has intelligent distribution of furniture in its ample space. One of the rooms has air conditioning, which could perhaps also be available in the room, since as the apartment is very large. The building is very well located, because in its surroundings there are lots of shops and amenities. Metro stations and bus stops are located few meters. The neighbor is very friendly, made ​​up friendship for a little while we were staying. Everything was very nice. Antonio, the owner, was always kind and patient answering my numerous emails, being willing to help at all. Javier was who welcomed us and was also very gentle, being willing to help at all. Very good people! I hope to repeat one day!

Excellent apartment in a good location

Excellent, clean apartment with excellent service provided by the owner, Antonio. Apartment has all the amenities and is loccated close to a metro station so travelling around is easy. Also located close to a Carrefour and restaurants. Antonio was a great help during our stay in Madrid.

Impressive, clean, well organised and can't get an

This whole experience was amazing. The apartment is maybe 10 mins away from the centre by metro and 7 mins away from the metro station. I stayed there with my wife and 3 kids and we walked to the station easily. The apartment is as good as a 5 star hotel with all the amenities that you could imagine. It was very clean as brand new including the amenities. I am very fussy about cleanliness and this apartment was perfect. Antonio and Xavi were great to deal with. Very helpful in providing all the information one would need better than a hotel concierge. Supermarket is 2 mins away which was a great bonus when you are travelling with kids. Antonio has set the bar quite high for anyone to match. I will definitely be staying in the same apartment next time I am in Madrid. This was my first experience staying in an apartment versus hotel and it was a very pleasant one. Definitely will recommend to anyone visiting Madrid

Amazing place and excellent service

It was definitely a unique experience our stay in "El Viso Smart Apartment". The flat has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Impeccable and newly renovated bathrooms, very clean, beautifully decorated; fully equipped kitchen with everything you'd need. The best is that, if you need anything extra, Antonio (the host) will do everything to solve it. For example, we needed a blender machine to prepare the baby's food, and Antonio bought one in advance just because we told him we would need to use one during our stay. He is extremely kind and pays attention to every detail. Moreover, the apartment is very well located. The neighborhood is very quiet and super well connected to the city center. It has more than 4 bus stops nearby, and two metro stations. Also, it’s only one block from a Carrefour supermarket and next to a bank. I totally recommend you to stay in “El Viso Smart”, it's a wonderful place for a pleasant stay in Madrid.
