The Host was incredibly nice and made our stay very comfortable. We felt so welcomed.. The apartment is very clean and laid out nicely. We had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!My brother lives here in a neighborhood close by which made the stay so convenient, all the shops and coffee cafés are just steps away and a very nice grocery store about a half a mile away. We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen was very convenient and I loved all the brightness and the way that the windows opened up to the city with lots of fresh air. It was perfect and I can’t wait to come for my next visit to Florence and stay in this apartment again.!! Grazie Mille, Alessandro!!

Great place- authentic yet modern feel

We (family of three) stayed in Alessandro’s apartment for four nights. It suited us perfectly and we would definitely come back and stay there again. It has an authentic, yet modern feel and was exactly as presented in the pictures. All rooms in the apartment were super clean, light and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and professionally presented. Kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Transport to the airport was very easy with the tram just down the road. We enjoyed walking into the city centre every day, although there are also transport options from the nearby Piazza della Liberta to close to the main attractions. The area was quiet and charming with a supermarket and other shops nearby. Bus station to Fiesole is close by on the same street. We enjoyed the big windows in every room and a small balcony in the living room. The apartment is on the third floor- the staircase is fine unless you have trouble walking up three flights of stairs. Communication with the host Alessandro was easy and friendly- he provided extra information about Florence and was very accommodating in all respects. The apartment is set back in a courtyard and self-check in was easy. Alessandro sent detailed and welcoming instructions for the apartment. We had a great stay!

Super schönes Wohnung!

Es hat alles gepasst, ausser die Treffen waren zu eng und mit großen Koffer ist nicht so einfach ansonsten hat aller wunderbar gepasst.Immer wieder gerne!Alessandro war super Ansprechpartner!Wirklich empfehlenswert.
