This charming 78 m² villa in Sérignan offers a bright and cozy retreat just 450 meters from the sandy beach. With 4 bedrooms and space for up to 8 guests, it’s ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing coastal escape. Located in a peaceful, family-friendly area, it’s also close to restaurants (1 km) and supermarkets (2 km), making everyday conveniences easily accessible.

The villa features a spacious outdoor area with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue—perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons or evening meals. Guests can unwind in the communal heated swimming pool, and enjoy modern comforts like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electric heating, two TVs, and a washing machine. Open-air parking is available on-site for added convenience.

Inside, the open-plan electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. All essential dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils are provided, making meal prep a breeze.
