This bright and modern 26 m² studio in Valras-Plage is ideal for two guests seeking a peaceful coastal escape. Located in a family-friendly area just 450 meters from the sandy beach, 150 meters from a restaurant, and 2 km from a supermarket, it offers both convenience and charm for a relaxing stay.

The studio features a private balcony with outdoor furniture, air conditioning, electric heating, and access to a communal heated swimming pool. Inside, guests will find thoughtful amenities including a TV, iron, and hair dryer to ensure comfort throughout their visit.

The open-plan electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. Whether you're enjoying breakfast on the balcony or exploring the nearby beach and dining spots, this studio provides everything needed for a cozy and carefree holiday in Valras-Plage.

Pas de produits mis à disposition pour faire l'entretien (à prévoir pour les prochains locataires). Un vieux balai et une vieille serpillère pour faire le ménage. Pas de placard pour les vêtements. Lave vaisselle non fonctionnel à l'arrivée le samedi, réparé le lundi matin. Seulement 2 machines à laver mises à disposition pour un très grand nombre de locataires. 5€ le prix d'une lessive... Prévoir la lessive. Toutefois, l'équipe a cherché à nous accompagner dans nos demandes même si nous n'avons pas obtenu toutes les réponses attendues. Les professionnels ont été très courtois et bienveillants.
