Villa in La Cala de Mijas by the Beach

A magnificent villa in a unique location directly on the lake; you can walk from the terraces and from the garden straight onto the La Cala de Mijas beach! The large garden is totally fenced off and offers complete privacy. The house is in the shape of a horseshoe around a patio where you can sit nicely protected from the wind and in the shade; even in the winter, it is often pleasantly warm. The inside of the villa is especially spacious and includes a living room, a separate dining room and a winter room with a lounge-type image. Here, you can enjoy a glass of wine and totally relax on the large cushions with your favourite music and view of the lake in the background.
Interesting cities in the surrounding areas worthy of visiting (for the day) are Ronda with its spectacular bridge over the gorge, Granada with the world famous Alhambra, Seville, Malaga, the convivial harbour city and Marbella where you can spot the jet-set!

In case you would like to spend your vacation with more people, you can rent house La Estrella for 5 people additionally. This house is situated at the beach in La Cala de Mijas, only one street appart. It takes you only one minute to go from your garden to the beach. Both houses together offer room for 20 people.

If you prefer to arrive or depart outside of the presented times, the caretaker of the house has the right to charge you 75 euros for this extra service.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 28 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
