This charming vacation home in Son Serra de Marina is the perfect place for a family or friends vacation, with capacity for up to 10 guests.



The property features a spacious furnished terrace, which includes an outdoor shower, a gas barbecue, and a dining table, making it the ideal space to enjoy good weather and outdoor meals.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room divided into two rooms, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation in front of the television, or connect to the internet thanks to the Wifi available throughout the house. The layout includes four double bedrooms with air conditioning, one of which has two single beds, while the other three have one double bed each. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes for your comfort. The fifth bedroom, ideal for children, has a bunk bed and access to a private balcony with sea views, making it the perfect place to rest after a day at the beach.



The house has three bathrooms: two of them with a bathtub and hair dryer, and one more with a shower. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop, dishes, large refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, providing everything you need to prepare your own meals.



The location of the house is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility, as it is located just a few meters from the natural sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. The restaurant El Sol Sunshine bar is a relaxing place to eat or dine. In the village there is a small grocery store and good restaurants. More services such as gas stations and supermarkets are found in Can Picafort, a 10-minute drive away.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. During high season and from the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa is paid on site.
