Villa Tricase is located in Depressa, a hamlet of Tricase, in the lower Salento area. Surrounded by a private fenced garden with several plants, lounge areas and panoramic balconies, the property boasts two pools, open all year round: a smaller heated one (5 x 3 m, depth 1.30 m) and a larger one with a diving board (12 x 5 m, depth 1.50 m). The pools are equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an external shower.

Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a large covered patio, furnished with sofa, dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals.

Lastly, at guests' disposal a private parking with 2 covered and 2 uncovered parking spaces.

Internal Description

Villa Tricase is made up of the main building (set on 3 floors) and a separate external suite. The entire property can accommodate up to 12 people, has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, tv, and wardrobe. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, and 1 single sofa bed are available on request. Pets are not allowed.

Main building: Spread over 3 floors, the villa is characterized by elegant and bright rooms, finely furnished in a modern style in perfect harmony with the surrounding natural panorama.

In the basement you will find a large gym with exercise equipment and a billiard table.

In front of the large pool, on the ground floor, there is a covered outdoor kitchen, equipped with fully opening windows, to ensure continuity with the garden. The kitchen is equipped with: sofa, tv, large refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, utensils, worktops, coffee machine, electric kettle, and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor consists of several rooms dedicated to both the living area and the sleeping area such as:

- a living room with sofa, tv, fireplace, and outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and pool;

- a large sitting room with double sofa bed and outdoor terrace overlooking the garden;

- a sitting room with sofa, dining table, fireplace, and outdoor terrace overlooking the garden;

- a bathroom with shower;

- a kitchen equipped with: tv, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table, utensils, and outdoor terrace overlooking the side garden;

- a double bedroom with ensuite open space bathroom (with shower), and view of the garden and pool;

- a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and external terrace overlooking the side garden;

- two double bedrooms with external terrace and overlooking the side garden;

- a bathroom with bathtub (between the two double bedrooms).

External suite: Within the garden is an external suite, separate from the villa, and consisting of a double bed, a sofa, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); daily cleaning service on request (25.00€/hour); shuttle service on request (150.00€); laundry and ironing service on request (25.00€/hour); change of sheets and towels on request (75.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
