CavaBajaSuites 203 MUSEO REINA SOFÍA

Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!

This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.

It was inaugurated in March 2024.

The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, it features AEROTHERMIA renewable energy and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

Perfect

I liked everything, clean, perfect location, everything is new. The owners of the apartment left us champagne and candy as a compliment, which was very nice. The only thing in the toilet is that it doesn't have a lock.

Fantastic stay in Cava Baja Suites

Fantastic location, close to Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor & several metro stations. Along the same street Calle Cava Baja are numerous well priced tapas bars. The communication from the apartment management was excellent from start to finish, very professional. The apartments are very clean with all the essentials including hair dryer, iron and kitchen utensils/equipment. We were very happy with our stay and we will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

2 adults with 7 yr old - Fantastic apartment in a wonderful location

Very clean modern apartment. Secure building with digital access. The location was fantastic and easy access to so much on foot. Despite being in a busy location it wasn’t noisey at night time which was great as we had our 7 yr old with us. N/A

One of the best places that I have stayed during my trip and would definitely be my first choice again in Madrid. Although the building was 350 years old, I have experienced the past with the luxury of today. I would like to thank the staff of Cava Suites for the exceptional service and cooperation as well as the wonderful stay I had in Madrid.

Excellent location, in the city center, near many good restaurants. Easy acces to the Metro station. Very friendly staff and even if it is with self checkin, you get immediate support, welcome messages with all the needed details (wup, email). Very good quality of the studio and good value for money given also that it is in the city center. Nothing I would change :)
