Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.



The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, it features AEROTHERMIA renewable energy and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

Very friendly staff and even if it is with self checkin, you get immediate support, welcome messages with all the needed details (wup, email). Beautiful little apartment! The neighbourhood is wonderful, and surprisingly quiet at night. Our host was very responsive and kind. The place also has little touches that you appreciate when travelling - a spacious shower, places to put toiletries, good lighting, excellent air-conditioning and an easy entry&#47exit system. Perfect combination of a touristic location and a quiet nook

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is superb - 2 minutes to metro station “La Latina”, walking distance to Plaza Mayor, and just around the corner there is a street with tavernas in every door. Although the apartment is in the middle of tourist routes, the street it faces is a very quiet one. I definitely recommend it!

I recently stayed at Cava Baja Suites, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional — the staff “Raquel” was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better! It was situated right in the heart of everything, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short walk away. I had the chance to experience the best of the city without any hassle. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
