Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay. The only exception is a storage closet located in the hallway, specifically the top section, which is reserved for the hosts. It will remain closed and is not intended for guest use.

Everything else in the apartment is yours to enjoy!

Other things to note
🔌 Electricity is not included in the booking price.
We charge 18 pesos (or 0.36 USD) per kWh, based on actual usage. A meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out.

💵 A 50 USD electricity deposit is required at check-in.
This deposit will go toward your electricity usage. The remaining balance (if any) will be returned at check-out.

🔋 We have backup batteries!
If the utility power goes out (which is rare in Sosua), our backup system will activate and keep essentials running. You will still have:

Ceiling lights
Fans
Wi-Fi
Some electrical outlets
⚠️ However, the following items will not function during an outage:

Water (no running water)
Hot water
Microwave
Air conditioning
