The lake's shore and the village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard are within easy walking distance.
The village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard (700m) is a lakeside treasure that blends timeless Savoyard charm with invigorating alpine adventure. The village centre brims with authenticity: stone houses with colourful shutters, boulangeries and inviting cafés where you can sip espresso while soaking up French village life. Meander through little shops or savour a local tarte aux myrtilles on a shaded terrace.
By the lakeside, the majestic Le Palace de Menthon (1km) graces the shoreline with its Belle Époque elegance. Its manicured lakeside promenade is a dreamlike setting for leisurely strolls, especially as the sun casts golden hues over the water.
