私たちの主な住居である私たちの家は、アネシーから数キロ離れたVeyrier du Lac（74290）の町にあります。 Veyrier、ショップ（薬局、タバコ、ベーカリー、スーパーマーケット、郵便局など）の近くにあり、湖や航海拠点（セーリングレッスン、ボートレンタル、ウォータースキー旅行など）から200メートルのところに位置しています。 。）。 ラ・クルーザーとグランド・ボルナンドのスキーリゾートで約30分、アラビスへの道もあります。
家は5ベッドルーム、2つはダブルベッド、3つはシングルベッドです。 Ipeテラス、バーベキューグリルガス、設備の整ったキッチン、Wi-Fiが備わっています。
衛生的なレベルでは3つのバスルームに2つのシャワーとバスタブがあります。
家は数ヶ月前にやり直した。

Absolutely brilliant place. Such a good location - just five mins from the beach and so close to local food shops. The house is massive and the photos really don't do it justice - especially the top floor 'kids' rooms. Juliette was a pleasure to deal with - and happily answered all my stupid questions. We had a brilliant week.

Our summer family holiday

Excellent location (if noisy by the main road) with v good communication w the landlord. Spacious house provided all amenities we needed. Highly recommend.

Great Stay at Juliette's House

We stayed at Juliette's house and it was an amazing experience. The house was exactly as described online and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights of our stay was the location. We were able to reach Annecy city center within just 10- 15 minutes by bike and a stunning little beach was only 10 minute walk away. It was the perfect location for some relaxation and exploration. Moreover, Juliette was an excellent host who was always there to help us with anything we needed. Her friendly attitude made our stay even more memorable. If you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, then I highly recommend this beautiful place.

Big house, beautiful view, near Annecy

The house is big and suited for a large family. The furniture is a bit shabby (vintage). The two person bedrooms are fine with good beds. The childrens bedrooms don’t have comfortable beds. Every floor has a bathroom and toilet. The house is situated next to a busy road, we didn’t mind it, but you hear the traffic in the bedrooms. There’s a small supermarket (Casino) at walking distance, just as fine bakery. The tourist office is at the other side of the road. Until 31-8 free bus to Annecy. The owners kept in touch with us by text messages, that was fine. We could get in touch with them if we had questions.

Enttäuschend - Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war anfangs freundlich, jedoch war die Gesamtsituation vor Ort nicht akzeptabel, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen mussten. Das Ferienhaus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, was weder im Inserat noch auf den Fotos erkennbar war. Der Lärm machte den Aufenthalt im Garten unmöglich und eines der Schlafzimmer war nur mit Ohrstöpseln nutzbar. Diese Information sollte dringend in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Die Ausstattung war veraltet und teils unhygienisch. Die Küche war in schlechtem Zustand, mit schmutzigen Oberflächen und einem verstopften Geschirrspülersieb. Auch das Bad wies Mängel auf. Der Holzboden im oberen Stockwerk war beschädigt und die Babyausstattung unbrauchbar. Der Garten entsprach nicht den Fotos: ungepflegt und ohne nutzbare Fläche. Der Blick auf den See war eingeschränkt und der Straßenlärm verhinderte Aktivitäten im Freien. Die Unterkunft war weit entfernt von der Beschreibung und die Sauberkeit war unzureichend, was den Preis von über 300 pro Nacht nicht rechtfertigte. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt und der Kontakt zum Gastgeber brach nach unserer Forderung nach einer Teilerstattung ab. Dies führte zu zusätzlichem Frust. Wir hoffen, dass dieses Feedback ernst genommen wird, um künftige Aufenthalte zu verbessern. Eine teilweise Rückerstattung der Kosten wäre angebracht gewesen.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à deux familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants), dans cette maison très agréable, spacieuse, chaleureuse, idéalement placée, à quelques minutes du lac, des commerces et offrant des possibilités immédiates de randonnées. Juliette s'est montrée particulièrement accueillante, nous mettant parfaitement à l'aise avec tous les équipements de la maison. On se sent comme chez soi, et on rêve de revenir !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Veyrier-du-Lac à 2 couples (4 adultes et 4 enfants). La ville est très agréable et l'hôte est vraiment adorable. La maison est très charmante, propre et bien équipée. Pensez à prendre vos boules quies pour la nuit si vous dormez les fenêtres ouvertes l'été, car la rue est bruyante la nuit (passage de voitures). Toutefois, la maison est extrêmement bien placée, à proximité immédiate à pied du lac, des commerces, de l'office du tourisme, et d'un food truck. Les jeux à disposition des enfants, ont ravis les nôtres. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci aux hôtes. p

Excellent séjour entre Lac et Montagne

Très belle maison, aménagée avec goût. De très grands volumes dans les espaces communs et une très belle vue sur le Lac. A deux pas des deux plages de Veyrier et des commerces essentiels, nous avons également profité des belles randonnées situées à proximité. L'accueil est très chaleureux et facile!! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!!

Nous avons passé 6 jours à 11( 4 adultes, 1 ado, 4 enfants et 2 bébés) dans la maison de Juliette, bien décorée et très spacieuse. Malgré un accueil très sympathique, la très bonne communication et la disponibilité de Juliette, nous pensons que la maison est inadaptée aux enfants en bas âges (2 escaliers aériens, jardin non clôturé et marches), très bruyante de jour comme de nuit car elle est collée à une route très passante. Nous avons été un peu déçus par la taille du jardin que nous pensions plus grand sur les photos et clos.

Heerlijke uitvalsbasis bij het meer van Annecy

We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in dit ruime huis. Het is een authentiek huis, waar wij ons echt thuis voelden. Binnen heerlijk koel door de dikke muren, buiten schaduw van de oude platanen. Het meer van Annecy op 5 min. loopafstand, Annecy dichtbij, bereikbaar met de bus (gratis gedurende juli en augustus). Supermarkt en bakker naastde deur...We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Charmant huis, uitstekend voor een actieve familie

Het huren verliep zeer vlot, bijkomende vragen werden vlot beantwoord door de eigenaar. Ter plekke ook alles goed geregeld alleen waren de eigenaars door Corona zelf al een hele tijd niet meer in het huis geweest wat zich toonde in de netheid. Maar ze hebben echt geprobeerd om dat recht te zetten. Het huis heeft heel veel charme en ligt op een locatie die veel mogelijkheden biedt voor een actieve vakantie. Rustig zonnen in de tijd is niet zo aan te raden wegens de drukke straat voor het huis.

La maison n était pas propre , toiles d araignées, tirroirs ect , pas de penderies ni d armoires , maison bruyante car en bord de route principale et non volets ni rideaux occultants dans 2 chambres pour enfant , gentillesse de la propriétaire.

Un bon séjour dans un cadre Somptueux à proximité du lac

Très belle maison spacieuse et agréable à vivre pour une grande famille Malheureusement située en bordure de route avec bruit incessant de circulation Propreté de la cuisine approximative.. Rangement des placards surprenant.. Penderies et placards inexistants Entretien général de la maison (poignées de porte, porte frigo et lava vaisselle à l'abandon) Donc je recommande cet endroit aux familles peu sensibles à ces critères En revanche le piano est un grand plus !

Good location but needs much improvement and a good clean.

The building itself is in a good location and spacious but I can't recommend this property as there is a lot of maintenance that needs attention and it needs a very good clean. Maintenance issues include: a couple of places where the floorboards moved when you stepped on them, the cupboard door that housed the fridge kept coming off its hinges, the dishwasher door handle was broken. The downstairs shower leaked and the upstairs shower attachment was broken so you couldn't attach it to the wall and had to hold it while showering. The beds and mattresses were very low quality and uncomfortable. Upstairs, one 'bed' was just a mattress on the floor. On the cleanliness side, the towels were stiff and smelled mouldy and I had to wash them before we used them. They were also stained which wasn't pleasant. The bedding smelled too. I'm sure the covers had been washed but the duvets and pillows need replacing as they had a sweaty odour to them. The bathrooms also smelled of stale urine. Another point to mention is that there is nowhere to put your clothes, no wardrobes, drawers or even hooks on the back of doors so we had to live out of our suitcases for a week. This place needs a good clear out, clean, new bedding and towels purchased and breakages fixed before it will be suitable to rent out as a holiday let.

It’s a lovely house, shabby chic. A ten minute walk to the lake.

The overall experience was a good one, however the property requires a bit of tlc and money spending on it to correct some minor issues. Beds and bedding could do with renewing, as well as crockery.
