Can Lorenzo is a modern villa located in the surrounding of San Miguel, close to the cliffs area of Na Xamena.
The building develops on 3 levels, it is 250 m2 large and is enclosed in a 1.000 m2 plot, with direct access to the woods.
From its several terraces you can enjoy amazing views of the sea, the sunrise and the sunsets.
The town of San Miguel is just 15 minutes’ drive and the beach of Puerto de San Miguel is 10 minutes away. In 15-minute drive you reach the beaches of Cala Benirràs and Cala Xerraca, while the towns of Santa Gertrudis and Ibiza are 20 minutes away.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, for a total of 10 sleeps and it spreads over three levels.

On the main floor we find an open fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas kitchen, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, another refrigerator, iron and board and housekeeping stuff.
A very spacious living room with a big wood table that seats 8 guests, comfortable sofas and a fireplace.
There is also a small WC near the kitchen.

Furthermore, externally there are: one large uncovered terrace facing the sunrise with great views towards the mountain and with a big table and 2 benches for the guests.
A second uncovered terrace facing the sunset on the sea with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and sofas for 10 guests.
A third covered terrace with a table and sofas, chill out zone to enjoy the sea view and sunset.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with bed of 180x2m and en suite bathroom with shower, great sea view to and AC.
1 double bedroom with bed of 160x190m and bathroom with shower, amazing mountain views and AC.
1 double bedroom with bed of 180x2m with bathroom, with hydro-massage shower and bath. This room has a private uncovered terrace with fantastic sunset and sea view, AC, TV, Apple TV.

On the lower floor with outside access we find:
Two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, both rooms are connected by a middle door that opens and closes with a key.

To finish the villa boasts a 10x10 private infinity pool with rounded shape and outdoor shower.
