The Space:
This vacation condo makes for an ideal escape to Mexico's Caribbean! This condo is located in the beautiful Aldea Thai beachfront condo complex in the heart of Playa del Carmen, situated steps from one of the best beach spots in town--in front of Mamitas Beach Club! Decorated in a Bali-Thai style with a Caribbean flair, this condo has all the modern amenities plus the comfort you dream of for your vacation. There’s a large gorgeous pool with a swim-up bar, sun beds and loungers, a gym, beautiful grounds, and all you could want for your tropical beach escape to Playa.

The main spaces of the condo:

- An OPEN LIVING SPACE for optimal interaction when spending time with your vacation crew!

- The LIVING ROOM is designed for comfort with a SMART TV for downtime at home and direct access through the sliding glass doors to the PRIVATE PATIO & PLUNGE POOL.

- The PRIVATE PATIO is wall-to-wall the length of the condo, where you have direct access via the master bedroom as well as the living room. The POOL is there for you to refresh anytime. Plus, sun loungers for some suntan time too!

- The DINING area with a table to seat 6 comfortably for a relaxing sit-down meal at home. Plus, a BREAKFAST BAR at the kitchen counter with 3 bar stools.

- A fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home.

- 2 comfortably furnished BEDROOMS, both with SMART TVs, and 2 FULL BATHROOMS to accommodate 7 guests as such:

BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, ensuite bathroom & access to the patio
BEDROOM 2: 2 Double beds, ensuite bathroom & access to the patio

Guest Access:
Enjoy exclusive access to the condo and the private plunge pool and patio during your stay. You can also enjoy the complex amenities like the resort-style pool w/swim-up bar, sun loungers, gym & common areas.

The Neighborhood:
This place is a vacationer’s heaven, even a longer-term stay is perfect because you won’t need a car at all. You can walk just about anywhere. It’s only 2 blocks to 5th Avenue and a block the other way to the beach and sea! You’ll even find a Walmart supercenter, Starbucks, pharmacies, convenience stores, and more, all within walking distance!

Plus tons to see and do; everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, stand-up paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun and more! Get your vacation in gear today!

Getting Around:
The condo is about 55 km | 34 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). You rent a car, hire private transportation, or take the ADO first-class bus for about $12 USD per person. It takes a little longer, but it’s much more economical. If you don’t feel like renting a car and driving around town, taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only! Public bicycles are available to rent downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent bikes by the day or by the journey.

When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there’s a free unassigned parking spot available at Aldea Thai. Just ask the guard where to park.

Also, if you’re driving around Playa, be aware there are PARKING METERS in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You have to look for the parking kiosk, pay, and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, this property is so centrally-located you can easily walk to many places in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
The gym is under renovation and will not be available until further notice.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

There is a penalty of $12 USD per bracelet or magnetic card lost.

We do supply some home and bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, soap, body soap, shampoo, paper towels, and some trash bags. Just note these items are not replenished. Other items, such as dish soap, sponges, cooking supplies, etc., must be purchased and brought on-site.

The condo is located in a complex that provides 24/7 security.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Additional Services: We're happy to assist you with other arrangements such as airport transfers, extra housekeeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We're here to help you relax on your vacation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.

Please note that the condominium lobby is undergoing maintenance work due to some leaks in the main palapa. Please excuse the conditions while the work takes place. The reception desk service will not be interrupted. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (smoking or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please make sure to return your bracelets to reception upon check out. A penalty of $10 USD per missing bracelet will apply otherwise.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glassware and bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check in at the front desk where you’ll present an ID and complete the registration process. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement regarding adherence to the rules & regulations of the complex and the property.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
