Our stay at Paradise Condos (2A) was wonderful! The condo was clean and the views were beautiful and unobstructed. We loved snorkeling out front; the entry to the water was very easy and we saw plenty of fish and even an octopus! My husband and I went scuba diving during the day and appreciated that there was a rinse tank to clean our equipment after each use. Alex, the Property Manager, was so welcoming and helpful answering all of our questions and giving easy and precise instructions for check in and check out. The only "complaint" that I would have is that the photos made the room (especially the living room) appear larger than it actually was. Our family of 5 (3 adults/2 children) was still very comfortable.

First timers impressed

Everything was just as we expected, thanks to the accuracy of photos and communication withe the host. We were pleasantly surprised to see a barbecue, which we used often. Great location and the unimpeded view of the ocean was ideal. Loved the town and the beaches but for sure, visitors need a car. Two thumbs up!

Great Location to Dive the Reef

We stayed at Paradise Condos because it was a small community with its own beach and swimming pool. Place was quiet with a number of other guests in condo units, all very friendly. This place is also close to Dive Palancar and other southern dive shops that make it a quick boat ride out to the reef. Taxi stand less than 5 minute walk from unit. We preferred a car, it does make it getting into and around Cozumel a lot easier and one doesn't have to fight with taxi fees that are all over the board and all cash. Our toaster wasn't working (wouldn't stay down) and our manager promptly bought us a new one. Excellent service. Thanks.

Perfect Get-a-way

I was very pleased with the property. Lots of space and it was very clean. Everyone commented that the beds were very comfortable.. Any questions that I had I used WhatsApp and Alex got back to me immediately. Definitely would suggest a rental car but it’s about seven minutes from town and the grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone versus a hotel. Even though it was between Two beach clubs as it was very quiet and the unit and grounds and beach were all very, very clean and well-maintained.

Family Memories!

We loved our stay at Paradise! Jeffery was great in helping us prior to our arrival and while we were there. The facility was great and very nice. We enjoyed snorkeling and the poolside. It was so close to other areas we visited. Will be back in the future.

Fantastic family and diving trip

My husband and I and 2 young children (ages 4 and 6) rented the condo for a week and my mom met us there for 4 days. We all had an amazing time. The location of the condo is perfect and there are tons of beautiful views of the ocean. The condo is also spacious enough that we were able to spread out for the week and not feel crowded. My husband and I went diving (we dove with Scuba Life Cozumel and they were great!) for 3 mornings and a night dive while my mom stayed with the kids. The pool is right by the condo, along with sand to play in at the beach below so no one ever got bored. Alex was very responsive the few times I reached out with questions and we also booked Karla for 2 delicious meals cooked in the condo for us. We will absolutely stay there again.

Great location & great snorkeling.

We loved the location of the condo; right on the beach. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was nice. The condo was clean. Washer & dryer was nice. If you do not plan on doing any cooking, this is a nice condo. For us, we usually make most breakfasts and lunches, and some dinners. One weakness was the kitchen. The stovetop burners are either on or off, no low heat/simmer. There is no rack in the oven, nor a thermostat; the oven only registers 1-4. There are no large bowls for placing salad type dishes, nor reasonably sized tupperware. The primary shower's water is not accurate and needs to be fiddled with during your shower. However, we were very happy here, had a very nice vacation, and would return; just a few minor inconveniences.

Great location

Our condo was directly on the beach with a fantastic view. The property itself is convenient to downtown and also all of the great beaches. We had a family group ranging in ages from 78 to 15. Everyone was comfortable in the condo and enjoyed the pool, beach and snorkeling out front. It was also a good place to relax after scuba diving in the mornings. Having a close parking spot made it easy to go downtown to eat or for groceries.

Perfect for our family of 5 scuba divers!

This was our first time in Cozumel, and I feel very lucky to have found this beautiful accomodation. Alex the property manager was very quick to reply with any questions we had and gave us lots of local advice and tips. We had a couple of small repair items, but he had someone there the same day. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night. The bathrooms are spacious and once you figure out the knobs in the master shower, you'll get good pressure and temps. The kitchen has a good sized refrigerator for lots of groceries which we filled up after a trip to the Mega. Soap was included for us to do our dishes. The unit also supplies a lot of drinking water since you cannot drink the tap water. The laundry in the unit was fantastic as we travel light and being able to freshen up our clothing was huge. Soap included. Many towels were available in the laundry room, and some beach toys, pool noodles and snorkels were stashed in there for guests. I cannot recommend enough the cooking services of Karla (ask Alex). We booked her ahead of time for 3 nights based on other reviews. She is made us 3 different beautiful full course meals that we all loved with some leftovers for the next day. This is an older property, but well maintained. I enjoyed the older design style anyways. The wifi is fast, the TV is loaded with channels and streaming services, which we didn't watch but it was there. We will be back!

Ocean Poolside and Beautiful Views

Condo was very clean. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved having onsite laundry! Kitchen needed some mixing bowls and storage containers with lids, but we managed and also mentioned it to Alex who said he was in it. Definitely would return!!!

great location

Very comfortable place for my daughter, her husband and son, and me. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We had let Alex know that we missed our flight and would arrive a day late, and he checked with us several times to see where we were. Even though it was evening by the time we arrived we called Alex, who arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us somewhere for dinner. We had already made reservations for several activities, so didn't need his help with that, but another time I would have asked him to do that too to be sure we were getting what we wanted. The beach in front was perfect for my grandson's introduction to snorkeling. HIghly recommend this property.

The property had it all! Wonderful snorkeling and tide pools, fully equipped home with beach toys, next door to food and drink from fun friendly beach clubs, WiFi and comfy beds. We had a perfect time and already planning our next stay.

The best, every time

There is a reason we keep coming back to the same condo…It’s perfect! Located directly on its own beach, we can pull on our snorkels and jump right in the ocean to swim with countless fish. Or have our favorite scuba divers pick us up for a day under the water. Actual beaches are few in Cozumel, making this a special place! With 3 full bedrooms and 2 large patios there’s plenty of space for the whole family. Both patios facing the beach make for lovely places to enjoy morning coffee or spectacular sunsets! We enjoy having our own fully equipped kitchen to cook our own meals or have our favorite personal chef come in to cook for us. The pool is stunning and gives options for everyone to enjoy the activities they want. We can’t wait for our next visit to this home away from home!

Great for diving, a little out of town.

Great location and property with fantastic snorkeling right off the beach. If you do plan to go into town a rental car is a good idea, but we dove with scuba life and they picked us up at the dock right next door. Very clean property with all the amenities you could ask for.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo!! Watched amazing sunsets every night! Nice beach area for Condo residents only. Sandwiched between 2 day recreational areas. Dive Boat picked us up at Tortuga's doc. Just perfect to roll our of bed and meet the boat just a few steps away. Taxi's are available between 8-4 at neighboring businesses. Down side is far from town, so limited on dining choices, but kitchen came in useful. A car was recommended by Alex (the condo concierge) and he was probably right. That said, we were able to get to every where we needed to go via taxi. $8-15 per trip. We actually like being out of the bustle of town, so this was perfect for us. Alex was very responsive. The WiFi was out when we arrived and he was in constant communication with us about it. (Apparently, the line was taken out by a truck). Island life! Alex can help set up extra excursions, but we were mostly there to dive! The other people at the condo (some regulars) were all nice. Would definitely stay again!

This property is not new but has everything you need in the kitchen. Lots of space for visitors. Beach & pool…. Great sunsets. An excellent restaurant next store that delivers to your lounge chair. I can’t think of anywhere else I would stay. A staff that is always available & helps you plan activities to do. 👍😎

Wonderful place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our time at this property! There was plenty of room for our family of five, (My husband and I and our three young adult sons). The beds were comfortable, and everything was as described in the listing. Alex was super helpful! Snorkeling at the condo's beach was awesome! There were so many fish to see! In hindsight, we would have pre-ordered groceries.. it was available to us, but we didn't do it. There aren't many restaurants or grocery stores close by. (We made three trips to Mega in one week 🙃). We also would have asked Karla (the chef) to prepare more than one meal. She was so kind and the food was amazing! We would definitely recommend this condo! The views are incredible and there are no other properties between you and the ocean. We would stay here again, if we make it back to Cozumel!

Perferct location for our family/friends!

This condo was the perfect location for our family/friends! We loved the oceanfront view and also the pool view! We also loved snorkelling in the ocean right in front of our condo! The location was the perfect fit for us to jump in our rental car to drive to the city as needed for groceries & going out to eat or jump in the car and go south to explore and have a margarita at Coconuts or The Liquor Box. Alex was very attentive and did help us as needed with our questions. We had a few "hiccups" with the excursions that Alex arranged so I would consider arranging those on your own with a reputable excursion companies. Thank you for a great spring break vacation!!

Everything was wonderful.

The condo was spotless and beautiful. The neighbors were the perfect amount of friendly without being intrusive allowing a perfect mixture of socializing and relaxation. Alex was extremely accommodating and always available for questions. Our chef Karla Hernandez cooked dinner for us and I can confidently say that both meals were the best I’ve eaten in my entire life. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation experience.
