Villa Twilight is a beautiful property located at only 5 minutes from the beach of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta.
The villa is characterized by a contemporary, minimalist style, and it enjoys great views over the sea and the vegetation.
It consists of 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.
In detail on the ground floor, we find the living room with large windows, decorative fireplace, sofa and table for 10-12 people, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with a washing machine and 1 guest toilet with shower.
At the ground floor are also found 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds (90 cm. each), ensuite bathroom with shower, dressing room and private terrace.

On the first floor there is one bedroom with double bed (180 cm.), ensuite bathroom with shower, dressing room and private terrace.

Three further bedrooms are located at the lower floor and they all have twin beds (90 cm. each), ensuite bathrooms with shower. This rooms are accessible externally.

Outside we find the private pool of rectangular shape, terrace equipped with deckchairs and parasols ideal for relaxing, BBQ, outdoor shower and parking space (covered and uncovered).

Villa Twilight is perfect for large families or groups of friends that decide to spend their holiday in Ibiza, the airport is 25 minutes away, Sant Josep and Sant Antoni are 15 minutes away and Ibiza town 30 minutes away.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed
Security deposit € 3.000,00 it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card).
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, tourist tax, daily change of bed linens and bath towels, daily housekeeping (except on Sundays and holidays) welcome basket.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
- In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval.
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
