This is a charming, eco-friendly cottage perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway in the heart of Devon. This beautifully designed accommodation features a super king-size bed in the bedroom with plenty of storage space. The open-plan living and dining area includes a plush sofa and smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Outside, an enclosed garden offers a 5-seater hot tub and outdoor seating, providing a private space to unwind. The cottage is powered by biomass underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable and sustainable stay.

Located on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, Holly offers access to 24 acres of peaceful countryside, complete with fishing lakes and an all-year hard tennis court. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the area while exploring the nearby natural beauty of Dartmoor. On-site parking for two cars is available, and Wi-Fi ensures guests stay connected during their stay. While pets are not allowed, the location is perfect for couples looking for an intimate retreat.

Additional amenities at Holly include a shared external laundry room with a washer/dryer for added convenience.
