Several units in a refurbished building with lift and roof terrace with views over the area!

Price shown is to stay in 1 apartment (2 bedrooms +2 bathrooms) for large groups, please ask!

3 bedrooms apartments: 1 double bed + 4 single beds and 2 bathrooms
2 bedrooms apartments: 1 double bed + 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms.

Wooden floors, bathrooms equipped with spacious showers, glass enclosures, and electric towel warmers.
The kitchens are fully equipped with cookware and kitchenware. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and an extractor hood for smoke ventilation.
The television is a 49″ Smart TV.
There is WiFi and Ethernet connection available for those who need a more stable connection during their stay.

The building comes with luggage storage available before and after your stay, roof terrace with pool and outdoor furniture, room with washer and dryer, 24 hours digital reception.

The building is located at 15 minutes walking to Santa Justa Train Station (or 5 minutes by taxi), La Giralda or Royal Alcázar of Seville.

To the north it borders the district of La Macarena, to the south with Barrio Sur and Los Remedios, to the east with Nervión and San Pablo-Santa Justa, while to the west it borders with Triana.
In this area you can visit walking la Giralda, el Real Alcázar, la Plaza de Santa Cruz de la Judería, la Casa de Pilatos, la Basílica de La Macarena or el Museo de las Bellas Artes!
