旧市街にある壮大な高級住宅は、19世紀の邸宅です。 5つのスイート、5つのフルバスルーム、10〜14名で構成されています。 大聖堂から5分、アルカーザールとムリーリョの庭園から2分ラ・ユダリア近辺では8人収容可能な豪華な高級住宅で、家屋はリハビリされ、観光用に改装されました。
それは完全な浴室が付いている5つの大きい寝室および各部屋で独立したから成っている。 一部の客室には、プライベートルームとして機能する隣接するサポートルームがあります。

Clean, spacious, centrally located

Very happy with traditional Spanish home. Clean, owner flexible and helpful, easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Nice kitchen and gathering space.

A good stay

The apartment is in a great location. The place is quirky - the rooms are spread across three levels. Definitely an old-world feel. If you don't mind some quirks this apartment will work for you.

The house was in a great location, very walkable and close to anything you may need. House was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space and privacy for all. Lots of stairs but this added to its charm. Only downside was communication. We had a slight hiccup checking in but it solved quickly. A couple of issues came up and was unable to get in touch in host in timely manner. Didn’t receive checkout instructions so we just did our best. Likely the host didn’t expect us to do anything special like some other listings. Overall would return

Wonderful property

This is a fantastic apartment in the best neighborhood of Sevilla. The property is clean, well appointed and charming. The different levels allow for privacy for a group. Ana is an incredible hostess - extremely helpful and accommodating, knowledgeable about the city and neighborhood and makes extra effort so guests feel welcome. We would love to come back and stay here.

The property was just as listed. The location is was ideal to visit landmarks

The property was very comfortable. We were a party of eight and had lots of room for privacy among the three levels. Each room has its own bath. Restaurants and shopping is all around. Ana was helpful with recommendations. We would definitely recommend the property and stay again. We had trouble with initial communications using the Vrbo app messaging. My messages were not indicating they were sent. We switched to WhatsApp and iMessages and communication was fine.

A truly amazing house! Una verdadera joya!

The house is amazing. We were two adults and our two college sons and two teenagers. But the place is definitely kid-friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s on a quiet street in the old quarter just minutes walk to the key sites. There’s a taxi stand 50 meters away, but there’s nearly no need to take a taxi. The walks to even the farthest sites of interest are no more than 20 mins and take you through the charming streets of Sevilla. We’ll stay there again.

All Communication with Ana was uncomplicated and her charming son Gonzalez helped with our check in. Fortunately we are all fit as the house is divided over 3 floors. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor 2 on the middle and 1 at the top, along with the kitchen/dining/livingroom. All bedrooms have bathrooms. Perfectly situated for visiting all the important sights.

Great location, too many stairs

This place would have gotten 5 stars all around if it wasn't for the kitchen being on the top of three floors. Our group was mainly over 50 years old and after a day of walking the beautiful city of Seville, the last thing we wanted to do was to climb stairways in the rental house. Hopefully, they will be able to replace the air conditioning controller for the one bedroom. All other rooms had controllers. Each room has it's own bathroom. The coffee maker seemed to have a leak, so we only filled it with water when we made coffee. Otherwise, the house was fantastic and the check-in was smooth. Easy to contact with WhatsApp.

Beautiful home - Enjoyed with Friends

We were two families, each with 3 teens. Tons of room for everyone. Top floor with kitchen, dining table and living room. Outdoor eating area (facing the inner patio). This was the perfect location to visit Sevilla and everything was within walking or short ride distance away. Around the corner from flamenco tablaos and tapas everywhere. You will love it!

Traditional old house with lots of character and very convenient for Seville Old Town

We were visiting Seville as a group of 8 friends and the house had plenty of room and lots of atmosphere. It was very convenient for the cathedral and old town which were within easy walking distance. The owner was very responsive to questions.

Perfectly located!

This property has all the amenities and is perfectly located for walking to pretty much anywhere you could want to go! We enjoyed our stay here very much, and they went out of their way to make sure we had taxis arranged for our departure!

Great location for enjoying Seville

We found this home to be an ideal location from which to enjoy Seville! It was very clean, with plenty of room and privacy for three couples (with an extra bedroom to spare). We liked the plants in the open atrium that gives the interior a peaceful ambiance. It's quiet inside, and then we could step outside and be right in the heart of the old city. The owner was very responsive and pleasant, and we particularly appreciated that she spent time both before the trip and when we arrived to provide us with tips on places to eat and things to do.

Beautiful apartment with a fabulous location!

Ana's apartment in Sevilla is lovely! We found the accommodations wonderful, and the location perfect for our visit, just wish we had been in town for longer than one overnight to enjoy staying here even more. Ana was immediately responsive to all of our inquiries before our arrival, and once in the apartment - one minor suggestion would be to provide an information sheet in the apartment w/ the wireless login/password, how to adjust the shower water temperature (one shower was only lukewarm and it was unclear how to adjust the water heater knobs, which was too late to determine once in the shower!), etc., so as to not have to text Ana w/ such questions once in the apartment. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Sevilla - thanks, Ana, for sharing your beautiful home!!!

Perfect location, well appointed and spacious house in centre of Seville

We were a family of five plus a friend, spending two nights at Ana's property and wished we had had longer! We received a very warm, friendly and helpful welcome on arrival and had no problems during out stay. Ana had lots of useful recommendations for us and even helped to book us a table at a recommended restaurant. The location makes this property very convenient for a stay in Sevilla; within 100 metres is the Casa del Flamenco; the cathedral and Alcazar can be reached within a 10 minute walk and there are ample cafes and restaurants within close proximity. There is also an underground car park within a 5 minute walk. I would certainly recommend this property for a family stay in this wonderful city !

Amazing 4 bedroom house in the heart of Sevilla

From the very beginning, the communication with the owner was very smooth. She was also VERY accommodating. The house is 3 floors. In The first floor, there is a full bedroom with bathroom. Second floor: 2 full bedroom with a bathroom each (also a seating area for each bedroom), and a reading nook. Third floor, a master bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen. I asked the owner if it was possible to check in at 11:00am and there was no problem (and no fee for it). You can walk 5 min to the cathedral, alcazar, tablaos, awesome restaurants, judería. Only 5-8 min walk to the main attractions!!!! I fell in love with this property. Definitely will recommended it and will stay there again. On our last day, we had a little problem and had to check out late. Right away, I communicated with the owner and she said it was OK. So, we left the property at 2:00pm (and again...no fee)
