Villa Jules it was recently renovated by a French decorator, with withe colours and original vintage furnitures.
It’s Located in the south of the Island in a very exclusive area , close to the sea, behind the Beach Cala Jondal and the new beaches establishments “Blue Marlin” and “Tropicana”,
The Villa has 8 en suite bedroom included 2 Master suites, it can accommodate 16 person.
On ground floor the main building with a big panoramic terrace, the swimming pool with a deck to admire the Mediterranean sea, sunbeds , umbrellas to share the relaxing moments with the family or friends, outdoor equipped kitchen ,table and chairs, and a pergola with a Balinese bed,complete the atmosphere a nice garden with beautiful olives trees, lemons and mandarins.

Entering inside the large living room with dining area, the fire place, open kitchen to admire the sea view and the direct access to the spacious terraces just in front. One guest toilet available.

Going on the First floor: a living room with sofa, tv and to access to 2 bedrooms, one double with air conditioning, the other with two twin beds. There is another double bedroom with air conditioning.

At the Second floor, two double bedrooms with sofa,safe, and a nice terrace. One room has also TV and sea view.

On the lower floor one twin bedroom with air conditioning and the gym, in the opposite side there is a dependance with a lounge area, a kitchenette, air conditioning, and one double room and the direct access to the garden.

Complete the Villa an annexe with a small office, a double room, the bathroom , it’s the ideal place for a couple or the staff accommodation.
The property is completed fenced with a car park for 8 cars.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR
Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
