A cozy 87-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (access via stairs). The apartment overlooks the beautiful Riviera dei Ciclopi. The beach area is an 8-minute walk away.



The apartment consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two balconies.



Paid street parking (blue zones) is available in the area.



The interior layout is as follows:



- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, a dining table, and access to Balcony I;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, desk, closet, and access to Balcony II;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, and TV;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY I;

- BALCONY II.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via split A/C units (one in the hallway), fan, washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is located on the second floor.

Heating is provided by a split-system air conditioner—one in the hallway.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.



7 days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Catania Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.

In the event of improper waste disposal, as defined by the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of €150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in Aci Trezza, a charming hamlet in the municipality of Aci Castello. The municipality of Aci Castello is located on the eastern coast of Sicily, just a few kilometers from Catania. The castle, from which the municipality takes its name, stands on a promontory of lava rock overlooking the sea.

From the apartment’s balcony, you can admire the famous Riviera dei Ciclopi, a fascinating example of where history and legend, art and nature come together, offering visitors a myriad of aspects to discover and observe with an open mind.
