良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション
Really great host did everything they could for us including bed sheet replacement as the bed sheets on the bed were quite old and uncomfortable.
Sadly we couldn't get enough hot water for a family of four to have consecutive showers. We had to stagger them.
The view from the window shown in the listing is old and not accurate as new buildings have gone up since.
The location is perfect and access is easy other than a dated cramped lift but it's only two flights of stairs so not a problem.
The room had a pretty bad smell, not the fault of the host, probably the previous guests but running some air purifiers could potentially resolve it.
Parents with your kids be aware you can't get down the side of the bunk beds to put them in or get them out. The walls are like 20 grit sandpaper so it's just not an ideal situation.
Grateful to stay here and would stay again but wanted to give honest feedback to the host. Many things can be improved with a refurb.
Cervinia is expensive so central accomodation reflects it so I don't mind paying what we did for the location just expect slightly less comfortable accomodation!
