Indoor Facilities Spanning 75 sqm across two levels, VillAgioi Villa II can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area with modern minimalist decor, a cosy seating corner, Smart TV, and wide sliding doors that connect seamlessly to the private pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar for casual meals. Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom, equipped with a Coco-Mat king-size bed. The room also includes a 32" Smart TV, air conditioning, an open wardrobe, and an en-suite split bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom also features twin beds with Coco-Mat Mattresses that can be converted into a king-size bed (upon request), a private balcony, a 32" Smart TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and an en-suite split bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional room on the upper floor includes a pull-out sofa bed for a fifth guest, along with a Smart TV, and air conditioning. This space is ideal for a child, teenager, or extra adult, and is available upon prior request at an additional charge.
Outdoor Facilities The outdoor area of VillAgioi Villa II has been thoughtfully arranged to provide a private and serene retreat. The 25 sqm private swimming pool is complemented by a poolside shower, sun loungers, and a shaded umbrella area. A fully equipped outdoor kitchenette with an electric BBQ and a large dining table makes it perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. The complex offers three on-site parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street nearby, subject to availability. VillAgioi Villa II is part of a group of five villas owned and managed by the same host. There are two neighbouring complexes located on the same property: VillAgioi Villas Complex consists of three villas, each with 2 bedrooms & Villa Saints Complex includes two villas, one with 2 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms. Feel free to choose any villa based on the size and needs of your group to ensure a perfect and comfortable stay.
6/7-day cleaning service The rates include housekeeping every day except Sundays & public holidays. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.Resilience fee to the climate crisis
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8EUR per night/villa from April to October and 2EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
