Welcome to Villa Artemis, a luxurious 220 sq.m. retreat in the serene coastal village of Agios Sostis, just steps away from the beach. Designed for comfort, space, and unforgettable views, this exquisite villa is your private haven on the Ionian Sea.

With 4 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, ensuite bathroom, and panoramic sea and pool views, relaxation comes naturally. Three of the bedrooms also include a single bed-chair, perfect for families or larger groups. An additional guest WC is provided for extra convenience.

The upper floor bedrooms boast private balconies, ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The ground-floor bedroom opens directly onto the pool terrace, offering immediate access to the sun loungers and tranquil outdoor lounging spaces.

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests, with a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Whether you're gathering around the fully equipped kitchen or unwinding in the cozy living room with TV, every moment at Villa Artemis feels like home.

Enjoy air conditioning in all rooms and shared spaces, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. Step outside to a private pool, outdoor dining area, and a BBQ zone, perfect for alfresco meals under the Zakynthian sky. Free private parking is available exclusively for guests.

The Rooms
There is also an environmental fee of 15€/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.
We ask 300€ as a damage deposit,which we collect in cash upon arrival and we return on the departure day in case of no damage!
