この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

El Born lies between Via Laietana and Barceloneta, with excellent public transport connections.
The nearest metro station is Urquinaona (lines L1 and L4 – red and yellow), and the city sightseeing bus stop is just a 6-minute walk away (red route – Barri Gòtic stop).
Las Ramblas can be reached with a pleasant 10-minute walk.

Once a quiet district, El Born has evolved into one of Barcelona’s trendiest and most vibrant areas.
It’s a charming, cozy neighborhood full of character, local shops, and stylish cafés.
At its heart lies the Passeig del Born, a beautiful tree-lined promenade where locals and visitors mingle.
On one end stands the stunning Mercat del Born, a striking iron-and-glass former market, and on the other, the magnificent Santa Maria del Mar, one of Catalonia’s most iconic Gothic churches.
