Bright and spacious studio in the heart of Matosinhos, just minutes from the beach. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, with everything you need for a relaxed stay. Enjoy your private terrace with a jacuzzi.

The Space:

This studio combines modern design with comfort. The open-plan living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa for relaxation. The bedroom features a double bed and plenty of natural light. There’s a sleek bathroom with quality finishes, and the entire apartment is filled with elegant touches. Fast Wi-Fi, a desk for remote work, and a washer.

Please note that the studio was recently semi-renovated (kitchen, terrace, and bathroom).

All house space and amenities are included in this booking. Feel completely at home.

The Neighborhood:

Located in central Matosinhos, you’ll be within walking distance of the beach, seafood restaurants, cafés, and local shops. The area is peaceful yet vibrant, perfect for enjoying the coastal lifestyle.

To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.

- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.

- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.

The jacuzzi is only available from April 1st to September 30th.
