Lovely air-conditioned apartment in the heart of Lyon, 5 minutes walk from Part Dieu train station and the Brotteaux district.
The area is 55 m2, it is located on a 4th floor without elevator in a beautiful building and has two bedrooms and a balcony.
The style of the apartment is bourgeois and the decoration is refined. The apartment was arranged by a famous interior designer in the area.

The apartment needed more of a thorough cleaning before our arrival. The rugs hadn’t been vacuumed and were dirty. They should be replaced. Linens were left in the washing machine and stunk when we opened it. This meant time to communicate with the company as well as arrange for a time for them to be picked up. While the company was quick to respond, it was not the best way to begin our stay. It was nice to have air conditioning. The apartment is on the top 4th floor with no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up. The location is a 40 minute walk to the historic district. There are great restaurants close by the apartment, including the Halles of Paul Bocuse. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the train station.
