IMPORTANT: The issue with Wi-Fi, TV, and Netflix has been fixed, and everything is working perfectly now (optic fibre).

A modern and designed flat, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Lyon and 30 meters from the beautiful "Chartreux Garden", offers a beautiful view over the Saône and the Vieux Lyon.
The flat is fully equipped: a coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, iron, ... and baby-ready (baby cot and chair available).
We also added a few extra equipment for the convenience of our guests: A game console (PlayStation 1 vintage), a Chromecast to stream on the TV, a raclette machine to spend the cold winter nights with DVDs).

NOTE: The parking in the street is not free!

You have access to the whole property.
The property is on the ground floor and easily accessible for person with reduced mobility.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

It is a quiet and friendly neighboured, at the beginning of the "Croix Rousse" hill.
It is 15 minutes walk away from the center of Lyon and 20 minutes walk away from the "Hotel de ville" (direct buses are always available right in the street).

It is just a step by the famous "Garden of Chartreux" which offer a beautiful view over the Saône river and the "Vieux Lyon".

The center of Lyon is accessible by walk (15 minutes). Please note that the flat is at the beginning of the Croix Rousse slopes, so you will need to go a little up !
There is a bus station in the street of the apartment (line bus C13).

Free parking is available in the street and in the streets nearby.

Bike are accessible nearby - it is also possible to park one in the building or in the entrance of the flat.

Self Checkin is possible from 1 am untill 11am There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
