Summary:

Welcome to your perfect Exeter getaway! This beautifully renovated 2 bed top-floor apartment offers a bright, peaceful retreat just a 10minute walk to the heart of the city. This apartment also boasts having underfloor heating throughout for those cold winter days and a lovely cool and bright space for those warm summer months!



PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2nd floor apartment without lift access so there are stairs to the property. If you struggle with stairs this unfortunately may not be for you.



The Space:

There are 2 large bedrooms both with King size beds (one which can be split into 2 large singles) and a large living room with a double sofa bed should you need it. The bathroom and kitchen are both brand new and fully stocked with everything you should need :)

Guests have access to the full apartment

Nicely furnished apartment. Good views of the city and surrounds. In walking distance of the towns and supermarket close by. Aron was easy to contact and check in/out was easy. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

It was a perfect base for us to attend a local wedding, a lovely top floor apartment with lovely views. Very well supplied kitchen, lovely bathroom and bedrooms! Thanks!

Very comfortable and elegant flat which has clearly been newly renovated. Conveniently located for walking to city centre -15/20 minutes- or to a large Waitrose -5 minutes- from where there are lots of buses. Ideal really.

Very clean. Well equipped. Very clear communication from the host. Less than a 20 minute walk into the city centre. 5 minute walk to a Waitrose was very handy. Parking was on the street with a permit and at busy times we had to search for a spot. But should be expected for a busy city break. It was clearly informed in the advert about being on the second floor and being stairs but we underestimated how tired our 77 year old mother would be at the end of the day climbing the stairs. Not a negative on the host. But something for the older visitor to think about. All in all very good.

Aron was a very kind and responsive host, which was good since there was some confusion around check-in. House numbering and lock box were difficult to find in the dark when we first arrived late. The building itself is older, so using the keys in the doors was initially tricky. That said the apartment itself is spacious, renovated, beautiful, and comfortable and very well located a 15 minute walk from the city centre and a 5 min walk to a large grocery store.
