the year. It includes air conditioning throughout the accommodation,
central heating, Wi-Fi, television, and a hairdryer. The building has
an elevator, making access to the apartment easy.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave,
oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, as well
as dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, ideal for preparing meals
just like at home.
A functional, spacious, and well-equipped accommodation, perfect for
enjoying Barcelona in comfort and tranquility.

Baby cot:
Price: €30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed. Guests must request it
24–48 hours in advance, and it will be provided if available.
Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will be charged
€10 per night.
Late check-in:
Our check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
(please ask if you wish to check in earlier).
Outside these hours, a €30 cash fee will apply.
After 10:00 PM: €50
If the arrival day is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the fee
will be €30 until 10:00 PM, €50 after 10:00 PM.
If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the fees will be:
€40 until 10:00 PM, €60 after 10:00 PM.
The Barcelona Tourist Tax (2023) will be applied: €6.25 per person per
night, for guests over 16 years old, up to 7 nights.
Smoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Any report or
evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction
and a minimum fine of €400. Smoking is forbidden throughout the entire
apartment.
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. If a complaint is
received and/or the police, security, or neighbors intervene, a €500
fine will apply (in addition to any police fine).
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Sagrada Familia – About six blocks away. Gaudí’s iconic temple is a
must-see, with guided tours and the option to climb the towers.
Hospital de Sant Pau – 10–15 minutes on foot. UNESCO World Heritage
site with modernist architecture and beautiful inner gardens.
Passeig de Sant Joan – A nearby street for strolling and enjoying
cafés, bookstores, and local shops.
Mercat de la Sagrada Família – Traditional market to try fresh products
and enjoy the local atmosphere.
Bicing / bike routes – Public bike stations are available to explore

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.
The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
