Charming farmhouse with private pool managed directly by the owners, nestled in the Crete Senesi, just 15 km from Siena. Located in a quiet hillside position, it offers breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside and the skyline of Siena, with the famous Torre del Mangia clearly visible on the horizon.

The living area is located on the first floor of the farmhouse and is designed to offer comfort, functionality and a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for families, couples or small groups. The double living room with fireplace is spacious and bright, carefully furnished and equipped with a double sofa bed and Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, American coffee machine, moka pot, toaster and cooking utensils: perfect for those who like to feel at home even on holiday. The sleeping area includes a large double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with hairdryer and towels included in the price.
Available to guests: iron and ironing board, washing machine, high chair and cot on request.

The property has a large enclosed garden of about 500 square metres, perfect for relaxing outdoors in total privacy, and land of about 2,000 square metres. A covered loggia of about 20 square metres and a terrace with a parasol, both furnished with tables and chairs, allow you to have lunch or dinner outdoors while enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside. Guests also have access to a private barbecue for grilling under the stars.

The fully enclosed swimming pool (6x12 m, approx. 70 square metres) is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. The pool is open from 24 April to 2 November.

Thanks to its strategic location, the farmhouse is the ideal starting point for exploring the best of Tuscany: Siena (where the famous Palio is held in July and August), Monteriggioni and the Montagnola Senese, San Gimignano, Chianti and the rest of the Crete Senesi, including Pienza and Montalcino, home of the renowned Brunello. Just a 40-minute drive away are the thermal baths of Rapolano and 50 minutes away are those of Bagno Vignoni, perfect for a relaxing day. For sea lovers, Castiglione della Pescaia is 85 km away.

The area is also very popular with cycling enthusiasts, thanks to its scenic routes through hills, vineyards and historic villages.
